اُولٰۤىِٕكَ الْمُقَرَّبُوْنَۚ ١١
- ulāika
- أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
- Those
- l-muqarabūna
- ٱلْمُقَرَّبُونَ
- (are) the nearest ones
Those are the ones brought near [to Allah]. (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 11)Tafsir

فِيْ جَنّٰتِ النَّعِيْمِ ١٢
- fī
- فِى
- In
- jannāti
- جَنَّٰتِ
- Gardens
- l-naʿīmi
- ٱلنَّعِيمِ
- (of) Pleasure
In the Gardens of Pleasure, (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 12)Tafsir
13
ثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ الْاَوَّلِيْنَۙ ١٣
- thullatun
- ثُلَّةٌ
- A company
- mina
- مِّنَ
- of
- l-awalīna
- ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
- the former people
A [large] company of the former peoples (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 13)Tafsir
14
وَقَلِيْلٌ مِّنَ الْاٰخِرِيْنَۗ ١٤
- waqalīlun
- وَقَلِيلٌ
- And a few
- mina
- مِّنَ
- of
- l-ākhirīna
- ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ
- the later people
And a few of the later peoples, (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 14)Tafsir
15
عَلٰى سُرُرٍ مَّوْضُوْنَةٍۙ ١٥
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰ
- On
- sururin
- سُرُرٍ
- thrones
- mawḍūnatin
- مَّوْضُونَةٍ
- decorated
On thrones woven [with ornament], (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 15)Tafsir
16
مُّتَّكِـِٕيْنَ عَلَيْهَا مُتَقٰبِلِيْنَ ١٦
- muttakiīna
- مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ
- Reclining
- ʿalayhā
- عَلَيْهَا
- on them
- mutaqābilīna
- مُتَقَٰبِلِينَ
- facing each other
Reclining on them, facing each other. (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 16)Tafsir
17
يَطُوْفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَانٌ مُّخَلَّدُوْنَۙ ١٧
- yaṭūfu
- يَطُوفُ
- Will circulate
- ʿalayhim
- عَلَيْهِمْ
- among them
- wil'dānun
- وِلْدَٰنٌ
- boys
- mukhalladūna
- مُّخَلَّدُونَ
- immortal
There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 17)Tafsir
18
بِاَكْوَابٍ وَّاَبَارِيْقَۙ وَكَأْسٍ مِّنْ مَّعِيْنٍۙ ١٨
- bi-akwābin
- بِأَكْوَابٍ
- With vessels
- wa-abārīqa
- وَأَبَارِيقَ
- and jugs
- wakasin
- وَكَأْسٍ
- and a cup
- min
- مِّن
- from
- maʿīnin
- مَّعِينٍ
- a flowing stream
With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring – (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 18)Tafsir
19
لَّا يُصَدَّعُوْنَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنْزِفُوْنَۙ ١٩
- lā
- لَّا
- Not
- yuṣaddaʿūna
- يُصَدَّعُونَ
- they will get headache
- ʿanhā
- عَنْهَا
- therefrom
- walā
- وَلَا
- and not
- yunzifūna
- يُنزِفُونَ
- they will get intoxicated
No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated – (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 19)Tafsir
20
وَفَاكِهَةٍ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُوْنَۙ ٢٠
- wafākihatin
- وَفَٰكِهَةٍ
- And fruits
- mimmā
- مِّمَّا
- of what
- yatakhayyarūna
- يَتَخَيَّرُونَ
- they select
And fruit of what they select (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 20)Tafsir
