1
وَالذّٰرِيٰتِ ذَرْوًاۙ ١
- wal-dhāriyāti
- وَٱلذَّٰرِيَٰتِ
- By those scattering
- dharwan
- ذَرْوًا
- dispersing
By the [winds] scattering [dust], dispersing [it] (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 1)Tafsir
2
فَالْحٰمِلٰتِ وِقْرًاۙ ٢
- fal-ḥāmilāti
- فَٱلْحَٰمِلَٰتِ
- And those carrying
- wiq'ran
- وِقْرًا
- a load
And the [clouds] carrying a load [of water] (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 2)Tafsir
3
فَالْجٰرِيٰتِ يُسْرًاۙ ٣
- fal-jāriyāti
- فَٱلْجَٰرِيَٰتِ
- And those sailing
- yus'ran
- يُسْرًا
- (with) ease
And the ships sailing with ease (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 3)Tafsir
4
فَالْمُقَسِّمٰتِ اَمْرًاۙ ٤
- fal-muqasimāti
- فَٱلْمُقَسِّمَٰتِ
- And those distributing
- amran
- أَمْرًا
- Command
And the [angels] apportioning [each] matter, (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 4)Tafsir
5
اِنَّمَا تُوْعَدُوْنَ لَصَادِقٌۙ ٥
- innamā
- إِنَّمَا
- Indeed what
- tūʿadūna
- تُوعَدُونَ
- you are promised
- laṣādiqun
- لَصَادِقٌ
- (is) surely true
Indeed, what you are promised is true. (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 5)Tafsir
6
وَّاِنَّ الدِّيْنَ لَوَاقِعٌۗ ٦
- wa-inna
- وَإِنَّ
- And indeed
- l-dīna
- ٱلدِّينَ
- the Judgment
- lawāqiʿun
- لَوَٰقِعٌ
- (is) surely to occur
And indeed, the recompense is to occur. (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 6)Tafsir
7
وَالسَّمَاۤءِ ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِۙ ٧
- wal-samāi
- وَٱلسَّمَآءِ
- By the heaven
- dhāti
- ذَاتِ
- full of
- l-ḥubuki
- ٱلْحُبُكِ
- pathways
By the heaven containing pathways, (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 7)Tafsir
8
اِنَّكُمْ لَفِيْ قَوْلٍ مُّخْتَلِفٍۙ ٨
- innakum
- إِنَّكُمْ
- Indeed you
- lafī
- لَفِى
- (are) surely in
- qawlin
- قَوْلٍ
- a speech
- mukh'talifin
- مُّخْتَلِفٍ
- differing
Indeed, you are in differing speech. (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 8)Tafsir
9
يُّؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ اُفِكَۗ ٩
- yu'faku
- يُؤْفَكُ
- Deluded away
- ʿanhu
- عَنْهُ
- from it
- man
- مَنْ
- (is he) who
- ufika
- أُفِكَ
- is deluded
Deluded away from it [i.e., the Quran] is he who is deluded. (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 9)Tafsir
10
قُتِلَ الْخَرَّاصُوْنَۙ ١٠
- qutila
- قُتِلَ
- Cursed be
- l-kharāṣūna
- ٱلْخَرَّٰصُونَ
- the liars
Destroyed are the misinformers (QS. [51] Adh-Dhariyat: 10)Tafsir
