وَاِذَا الرُّسُلُ اُقِّتَتْۗ ١١
- wa-idhā
- وَإِذَا
- And when
- l-rusulu
- ٱلرُّسُلُ
- the Messengers
- uqqitat
- أُقِّتَتْ
- are gathered to their appointed time
And when the messengers' time has come... (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 11)Tafsir

لِاَيِّ يَوْمٍ اُجِّلَتْۗ ١٢
- li-ayyi
- لِأَىِّ
- For what
- yawmin
- يَوْمٍ
- Day
- ujjilat
- أُجِّلَتْ
- are (these) postponed?
For what Day was it postponed? (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 12)Tafsir

لِيَوْمِ الْفَصْلِۚ ١٣
- liyawmi
- لِيَوْمِ
- For (the) Day
- l-faṣli
- ٱلْفَصْلِ
- (of) Judgment
For the Day of Judgement. (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 13)Tafsir
14
وَمَآ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِۗ ١٤
- wamā
- وَمَآ
- And what
- adrāka
- أَدْرَىٰكَ
- will make you know
- mā
- مَا
- what
- yawmu
- يَوْمُ
- (is the) Day
- l-faṣli
- ٱلْفَصْلِ
- (of) the Judgment?
And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement? (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 14)Tafsir
15
وَيْلٌ يَّوْمَىِٕذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِيْنَ ١٥
- waylun
- وَيْلٌ
- Woe
- yawma-idhin
- يَوْمَئِذٍ
- that Day
- lil'mukadhibīna
- لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
- to the deniers
Woe, that Day, to the deniers. (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 15)Tafsir
16
اَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ الْاَوَّلِيْنَۗ ١٦
- alam
- أَلَمْ
- Did not
- nuh'liki
- نُهْلِكِ
- We destroy
- l-awalīna
- ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
- the former (people)?
Did We not destroy the former peoples? (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 16)Tafsir
17
ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ الْاٰخِرِيْنَ ١٧
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- nut'biʿuhumu
- نُتْبِعُهُمُ
- We follow them up
- l-ākhirīna
- ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ
- (with) the later ones
Then We will follow them with the later ones. (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 17)Tafsir
18
كَذٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِيْنَ ١٨
- kadhālika
- كَذَٰلِكَ
- Thus
- nafʿalu
- نَفْعَلُ
- We deal
- bil-muj'rimīna
- بِٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
- with the criminals
Thus do We deal with the criminals. (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 18)Tafsir
19
وَيْلٌ يَّوْمَىِٕذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِيْنَ ١٩
- waylun
- وَيْلٌ
- Woe
- yawma-idhin
- يَوْمَئِذٍ
- that Day
- lil'mukadhibīna
- لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
- to the deniers
Woe, that Day, to the deniers. (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 19)Tafsir
20
اَلَمْ نَخْلُقْكُّمْ مِّنْ مَّاۤءٍ مَّهِيْنٍۙ ٢٠
- alam
- أَلَمْ
- Did not
- nakhluqkkum
- نَخْلُقكُّم
- We create you
- min
- مِّن
- from
- māin
- مَّآءٍ
- a water
- mahīnin
- مَّهِينٍ
- despicable?
Did We not create you from a liquid disdained? (QS. [77] Al-Mursalat: 20)Tafsir
