قُلْ اِنْ كَانَ لِلرَّحْمٰنِ وَلَدٌ ۖفَاَنَا۠ اَوَّلُ الْعٰبِدِيْنَ ٨١
- qul
- قُلْ
- Say
- in
- إِن
- "If
- kāna
- كَانَ
- had
- lilrraḥmāni
- لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ
- the Most Gracious
- waladun
- وَلَدٌ
- a son
- fa-anā
- فَأَنَا۠
- Then I
- awwalu
- أَوَّلُ
- (would be the) first
- l-ʿābidīna
- ٱلْعَٰبِدِينَ
- (of) the worshippers"
Say, [O Muhammad], "If the Most Merciful had a son, then I would be the first of [his] worshippers." (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 81)Tafsir
سُبْحٰنَ رَبِّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُوْنَ ٨٢
- sub'ḥāna
- سُبْحَٰنَ
- Glory be
- rabbi
- رَبِّ
- (to the) Lord
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- (of) the heavens
- wal-arḍi
- وَٱلْأَرْضِ
- and the earth
- rabbi
- رَبِّ
- (the) Lord
- l-ʿarshi
- ٱلْعَرْشِ
- (of) the Throne
- ʿammā
- عَمَّا
- above what
- yaṣifūna
- يَصِفُونَ
- they ascribe
Exalted is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe. (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 82)Tafsir
فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوْضُوْا وَيَلْعَبُوْا حَتّٰى يُلٰقُوْا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِيْ يُوْعَدُوْنَ ٨٣
- fadharhum
- فَذَرْهُمْ
- So leave them
- yakhūḍū
- يَخُوضُوا۟
- (to) converse vainly
- wayalʿabū
- وَيَلْعَبُوا۟
- and play
- ḥattā
- حَتَّىٰ
- until
- yulāqū
- يُلَٰقُوا۟
- they meet
- yawmahumu
- يَوْمَهُمُ
- their Day
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِى
- which
- yūʿadūna
- يُوعَدُونَ
- they are promised
So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised. (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 83)Tafsir
وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ فِى السَّمَاۤءِ اِلٰهٌ وَّ فِى الْاَرْضِ اِلٰهٌ ۗوَهُوَ الْحَكِيْمُ الْعَلِيْمُ ٨٤
- wahuwa
- وَهُوَ
- And He
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِى
- (is) the One Who
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-samāi
- ٱلسَّمَآءِ
- the heaven -
- ilāhun
- إِلَٰهٌ
- God
- wafī
- وَفِى
- and in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth -
- ilāhun
- إِلَٰهٌۚ
- God
- wahuwa
- وَهُوَ
- And He
- l-ḥakīmu
- ٱلْحَكِيمُ
- (is) the All-Wise
- l-ʿalīmu
- ٱلْعَلِيمُ
- the All-Knower
And it is He [i.e., Allah] who is [the only] deity in the heaven, and on the earth [the only] deity. And He is the Wise, the Knowing. (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 84)Tafsir
وَتَبٰرَكَ الَّذِيْ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۚوَعِنْدَهٗ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِۚ وَاِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ ٨٥
- watabāraka
- وَتَبَارَكَ
- And blessed is
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِى
- the One Who -
- lahu
- لَهُۥ
- to Whom
- mul'ku
- مُلْكُ
- (belongs the) dominion
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- (of) the heavens
- wal-arḍi
- وَٱلْأَرْضِ
- and the earth
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and whatever
- baynahumā
- بَيْنَهُمَا
- (is) between both of them
- waʿindahu
- وَعِندَهُۥ
- and with Him
- ʿil'mu
- عِلْمُ
- (is the) knowledge
- l-sāʿati
- ٱلسَّاعَةِ
- (of) the Hour
- wa-ilayhi
- وَإِلَيْهِ
- and to Him
- tur'jaʿūna
- تُرْجَعُونَ
- you will be returned
And blessed is He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and with whom is knowledge of the Hour and to whom you will be returned. (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 85)Tafsir
وَلَا يَمْلِكُ الَّذِيْنَ يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهِ الشَّفَاعَةَ اِلَّا مَنْ شَهِدَ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنَ ٨٦
- walā
- وَلَا
- And not
- yamliku
- يَمْلِكُ
- have power
- alladhīna
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- those whom
- yadʿūna
- يَدْعُونَ
- they invoke
- min
- مِن
- besides Him
- dūnihi
- دُونِهِ
- besides Him
- l-shafāʿata
- ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ
- (for) the intercession
- illā
- إِلَّا
- except
- man
- مَن
- who
- shahida
- شَهِدَ
- testifies
- bil-ḥaqi
- بِٱلْحَقِّ
- to the truth
- wahum
- وَهُمْ
- and they
- yaʿlamūna
- يَعْلَمُونَ
- know
And those they invoke besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know. (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 86)Tafsir
وَلَىِٕنْ سَاَلْتَهُمْ مَّنْ خَلَقَهُمْ لَيَقُوْلُنَّ اللّٰهُ فَاَنّٰى يُؤْفَكُوْنَۙ ٨٧
- wala-in
- وَلَئِن
- And if
- sa-altahum
- سَأَلْتَهُم
- you ask them
- man
- مَّنْ
- who
- khalaqahum
- خَلَقَهُمْ
- created them
- layaqūlunna
- لَيَقُولُنَّ
- they will certainly say
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُۖ
- "Allah"
- fa-annā
- فَأَنَّىٰ
- Then how
- yu'fakūna
- يُؤْفَكُونَ
- are they deluded?
And if you asked them who created them, they would surely say, "Allah." So how are they deluded? (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 87)Tafsir
وَقِيْلِهٖ يٰرَبِّ اِنَّ هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ قَوْمٌ لَّا يُؤْمِنُوْنَۘ ٨٨
- waqīlihi
- وَقِيلِهِۦ
- And his saying
- yārabbi
- يَٰرَبِّ
- "O my Lord!
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- hāulāi
- هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ
- these
- qawmun
- قَوْمٌ
- (are) a people
- lā
- لَّا
- (who do) not
- yu'minūna
- يُؤْمِنُونَ
- believe"
And [Allah acknowledges] his saying, "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe." (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 88)Tafsir
فَاصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَقُلْ سَلٰمٌۗ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُوْنَ ࣖ ٨٩
- fa-iṣ'faḥ
- فَٱصْفَحْ
- So turn away
- ʿanhum
- عَنْهُمْ
- from them
- waqul
- وَقُلْ
- and say
- salāmun
- سَلَٰمٌۚ
- "Peace"
- fasawfa
- فَسَوْفَ
- But soon
- yaʿlamūna
- يَعْلَمُونَ
- they will know
So turn aside from them and say, "Peace." But they are going to know. (QS. [43] Az-Zukhruf: 89)Tafsir
