يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللّٰهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيْرًاۙ ٤١
- yāayyuhā
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O you who believe!
- alladhīna
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- O you who believe!
- āmanū
- ءَامَنُوا۟
- O you who believe!
- udh'kurū
- ٱذْكُرُوا۟
- Remember
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- dhik'ran
- ذِكْرًا
- (with) remembrance
- kathīran
- كَثِيرًا
- much
O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 41)Tafsir
وَّسَبِّحُوْهُ بُكْرَةً وَّاَصِيْلًا ٤٢
- wasabbiḥūhu
- وَسَبِّحُوهُ
- And glorify Him
- buk'ratan
- بُكْرَةً
- morning
- wa-aṣīlan
- وَأَصِيلًا
- and evening
And exalt Him morning and afternoon. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 42)Tafsir
هُوَ الَّذِيْ يُصَلِّيْ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلٰۤىِٕكَتُهٗ لِيُخْرِجَكُمْ مِّنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَى النُّوْرِۗ وَكَانَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ رَحِيْمًا ٤٣
- huwa
- هُوَ
- He
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِى
- (is) the One Who
- yuṣallī
- يُصَلِّى
- sends His blessings
- ʿalaykum
- عَلَيْكُمْ
- upon you
- wamalāikatuhu
- وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتُهُۥ
- and His Angels
- liyukh'rijakum
- لِيُخْرِجَكُم
- so that He may bring you out
- mina
- مِّنَ
- from
- l-ẓulumāti
- ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ
- the darkness[es]
- ilā
- إِلَى
- to
- l-nūri
- ٱلنُّورِۚ
- the light
- wakāna
- وَكَانَ
- And He is
- bil-mu'minīna
- بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- to the believers
- raḥīman
- رَحِيمًا
- Merciful
It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 43)Tafsir
تَحِيَّتُهُمْ يَوْمَ يَلْقَوْنَهٗ سَلٰمٌ ۚوَاَعَدَّ لَهُمْ اَجْرًا كَرِيْمًا ٤٤
- taḥiyyatuhum
- تَحِيَّتُهُمْ
- Their greetings
- yawma
- يَوْمَ
- (on the) Day
- yalqawnahu
- يَلْقَوْنَهُۥ
- they will meet Him
- salāmun
- سَلَٰمٌۚ
- (will be) Peace"
- wa-aʿadda
- وَأَعَدَّ
- and He has prepared
- lahum
- لَهُمْ
- for them
- ajran
- أَجْرًا
- a reward
- karīman
- كَرِيمًا
- noble
Their greeting the Day they meet Him will be, "Peace." And He has prepared for them a noble reward. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 44)Tafsir
يٰٓاَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ اِنَّآ اَرْسَلْنٰكَ شَاهِدًا وَّمُبَشِّرًا وَّنَذِيْرًاۙ ٤٥
- yāayyuhā
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O Prophet!
- l-nabiyu
- ٱلنَّبِىُّ
- O Prophet!
- innā
- إِنَّآ
- Indeed, We
- arsalnāka
- أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ
- have sent you
- shāhidan
- شَٰهِدًا
- (as) a witness
- wamubashiran
- وَمُبَشِّرًا
- and a bearer of glad tidings
- wanadhīran
- وَنَذِيرًا
- and (as) a warner
O Prophet, indeed We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 45)Tafsir
وَّدَاعِيًا اِلَى اللّٰهِ بِاِذْنِهٖ وَسِرَاجًا مُّنِيْرًا ٤٦
- wadāʿiyan
- وَدَاعِيًا
- And as one who invites
- ilā
- إِلَى
- to
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- bi-idh'nihi
- بِإِذْنِهِۦ
- by His permission
- wasirājan
- وَسِرَاجًا
- and (as) a lamp
- munīran
- مُّنِيرًا
- illuminating
And one who invites to Allah, by His permission, and an illuminating lamp. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 46)Tafsir
وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ بِاَنَّ لَهُمْ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ فَضْلًا كَبِيْرًا ٤٧
- wabashiri
- وَبَشِّرِ
- And give glad tidings
- l-mu'minīna
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- (to) the believers
- bi-anna
- بِأَنَّ
- that
- lahum
- لَهُم
- for them
- mina
- مِّنَ
- (is) from
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- faḍlan
- فَضْلًا
- a Bounty
- kabīran
- كَبِيرًا
- great
And give good tidings to the believers that they will have from Allah great bounty. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 47)Tafsir
وَلَا تُطِعِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ وَالْمُنٰفِقِيْنَ وَدَعْ اَذٰىهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّٰهِ ۗوَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ وَكِيْلًا ٤٨
- walā
- وَلَا
- And (do) not
- tuṭiʿi
- تُطِعِ
- obey
- l-kāfirīna
- ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
- the disbelievers
- wal-munāfiqīna
- وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ
- and the hypocrites
- wadaʿ
- وَدَعْ
- and disregard
- adhāhum
- أَذَىٰهُمْ
- their harm
- watawakkal
- وَتَوَكَّلْ
- and put your trust
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- in
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِۚ
- Allah
- wakafā
- وَكَفَىٰ
- And sufficient is Allah
- bil-lahi
- بِٱللَّهِ
- And sufficient is Allah
- wakīlan
- وَكِيلًا
- (as) a Trustee
And do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites and disregard their annoyance, and rely upon Allah. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 48)Tafsir
يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوْهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ تَمَسُّوْهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍ تَعْتَدُّوْنَهَاۚ فَمَتِّعُوْهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوْهُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيْلًا ٤٩
- yāayyuhā
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O you who believe!
- alladhīna
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- O you who believe!
- āmanū
- ءَامَنُوٓا۟
- O you who believe!
- idhā
- إِذَا
- When
- nakaḥtumu
- نَكَحْتُمُ
- you marry
- l-mu'mināti
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ
- believing women
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- and then
- ṭallaqtumūhunna
- طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ
- divorce them
- min
- مِن
- before
- qabli
- قَبْلِ
- before
- an
- أَن
- [that]
- tamassūhunna
- تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
- you have touched them
- famā
- فَمَا
- then not
- lakum
- لَكُمْ
- for you
- ʿalayhinna
- عَلَيْهِنَّ
- on them
- min
- مِنْ
- any
- ʿiddatin
- عِدَّةٍ
- waiting period
- taʿtaddūnahā
- تَعْتَدُّونَهَاۖ
- (to) count concerning them
- famattiʿūhunna
- فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
- So provide for them
- wasarriḥūhunna
- وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ
- and release them
- sarāḥan
- سَرَاحًا
- (with) a release
- jamīlan
- جَمِيلًا
- good
O you who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them [i.e., consummated the marriage], then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 49)Tafsir
يٰٓاَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ اِنَّآ اَحْلَلْنَا لَكَ اَزْوَاجَكَ الّٰتِيْٓ اٰتَيْتَ اُجُوْرَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِيْنُكَ مِمَّآ اَفَاۤءَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيْكَ وَبَنٰتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنٰتِ عَمّٰتِكَ وَبَنٰتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنٰتِ خٰلٰتِكَ الّٰتِيْ هَاجَرْنَ مَعَكَۗ وَامْرَاَةً مُّؤْمِنَةً اِنْ وَّهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ اِنْ اَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ اَنْ يَّسْتَنْكِحَهَا خَالِصَةً لَّكَ مِنْ دُوْنِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَۗ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا فَرَضْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيْٓ اَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ اَيْمَانُهُمْ لِكَيْلَا يَكُوْنَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌۗ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا ٥٠
- yāayyuhā
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O Prophet!
- l-nabiyu
- ٱلنَّبِىُّ
- O Prophet!
- innā
- إِنَّآ
- Indeed, We
- aḥlalnā
- أَحْلَلْنَا
- [We] have made lawful
- laka
- لَكَ
- to you
- azwājaka
- أَزْوَٰجَكَ
- your wives
- allātī
- ٱلَّٰتِىٓ
- (to) whom
- ātayta
- ءَاتَيْتَ
- you have given
- ujūrahunna
- أُجُورَهُنَّ
- their bridal money
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and whom
- malakat
- مَلَكَتْ
- you rightfully possess
- yamīnuka
- يَمِينُكَ
- you rightfully possess
- mimmā
- مِمَّآ
- from those (whom)
- afāa
- أَفَآءَ
- Allah has given
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- Allah has given
- ʿalayka
- عَلَيْكَ
- to you
- wabanāti
- وَبَنَاتِ
- and (the) daughters
- ʿammika
- عَمِّكَ
- (of) your paternal uncles
- wabanāti
- وَبَنَاتِ
- and (the) daughters
- ʿammātika
- عَمَّٰتِكَ
- (of) your paternal aunts
- wabanāti
- وَبَنَاتِ
- and (the) daughters
- khālika
- خَالِكَ
- (of) your maternal uncles
- wabanāti
- وَبَنَاتِ
- and (the) daughters
- khālātika
- خَٰلَٰتِكَ
- (of) your maternal aunts
- allātī
- ٱلَّٰتِى
- who
- hājarna
- هَاجَرْنَ
- emigrated
- maʿaka
- مَعَكَ
- with you
- wa-im'ra-atan
- وَٱمْرَأَةً
- and a woman
- mu'minatan
- مُّؤْمِنَةً
- believing
- in
- إِن
- if
- wahabat
- وَهَبَتْ
- she gives
- nafsahā
- نَفْسَهَا
- herself
- lilnnabiyyi
- لِلنَّبِىِّ
- to the Prophet
- in
- إِنْ
- if
- arāda
- أَرَادَ
- wishes
- l-nabiyu
- ٱلنَّبِىُّ
- the Prophet
- an
- أَن
- to
- yastankiḥahā
- يَسْتَنكِحَهَا
- marry her
- khāliṣatan
- خَالِصَةً
- only
- laka
- لَّكَ
- for you
- min
- مِن
- excluding
- dūni
- دُونِ
- excluding
- l-mu'minīna
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَۗ
- the believers
- qad
- قَدْ
- Certainly
- ʿalim'nā
- عَلِمْنَا
- We know
- mā
- مَا
- what
- faraḍnā
- فَرَضْنَا
- We have made obligatory
- ʿalayhim
- عَلَيْهِمْ
- upon them
- fī
- فِىٓ
- concerning
- azwājihim
- أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ
- their wives
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and whom
- malakat
- مَلَكَتْ
- they rightfully possess
- aymānuhum
- أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ
- they rightfully possess
- likaylā
- لِكَيْلَا
- that not
- yakūna
- يَكُونَ
- should be
- ʿalayka
- عَلَيْكَ
- on you
- ḥarajun
- حَرَجٌۗ
- any discomfort
- wakāna
- وَكَانَ
- And Allah is
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- And Allah is
- ghafūran
- غَفُورًا
- Oft-Forgiving
- raḥīman
- رَّحِيمًا
- Most Merciful
O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those your right hand possesses from what Allah has returned to you [of captives] and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you and a believing woman if she gives herself to the Prophet [and] if the Prophet wishes to marry her; [this is] only for you, excluding the [other] believers. We certainly know what We have made obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess, [but this is for you] in order that there will be upon you no discomfort [i.e., difficulty]. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. (QS. [33] Al-Ahzab: 50)Tafsir
