۞ قَالُوْٓا اَنُؤْمِنُ لَكَ وَاتَّبَعَكَ الْاَرْذَلُوْنَ ۗ ١١١
- qālū
- قَالُوٓا۟
- They said
- anu'minu
- أَنُؤْمِنُ
- "Should we believe
- laka
- لَكَ
- in you
- wa-ittabaʿaka
- وَٱتَّبَعَكَ
- while followed you
- l-ardhalūna
- ٱلْأَرْذَلُونَ
- the lowest?"
They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 111)Tafsir

قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِيْ بِمَا كَانُوْا يَعْمَلُوْنَ ۚ ١١٢

- قَالَ
- He said
- wamā
- وَمَا
- "And what
- ʿil'mī
- عِلْمِى
- (do) I know
- bimā
- بِمَا
- of what
- kānū
- كَانُوا۟
- they used
- yaʿmalūna
- يَعْمَلُونَ
- (to) do?
He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 112)Tafsir

اِنْ حِسَابُهُمْ اِلَّا عَلٰى رَبِّيْ لَوْ تَشْعُرُوْنَ ۚ ١١٣
- in
- إِنْ
- Verily
- ḥisābuhum
- حِسَابُهُمْ
- their account
- illā
- إِلَّا
- (is) but
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰ
- upon
- rabbī
- رَبِّىۖ
- my Lord
- law
- لَوْ
- if
- tashʿurūna
- تَشْعُرُونَ
- you perceive
Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 113)Tafsir
114
وَمَآ اَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ۚ ١١٤
- wamā
- وَمَآ
- And not
- anā
- أَنَا۠
- I am
- biṭāridi
- بِطَارِدِ
- the one to drive away
- l-mu'minīna
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- the believers
And I am not one to drive away the believers. (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 114)Tafsir
115
اِنْ اَنَا۠ اِلَّا نَذِيْرٌ مُّبِيْنٌ ۗ ١١٥
- in
- إِنْ
- Not
- anā
- أَنَا۠
- I am
- illā
- إِلَّا
- but
- nadhīrun
- نَذِيرٌ
- a warner
- mubīnun
- مُّبِينٌ
- clear"
I am only a clear warner." (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 115)Tafsir
116
قَالُوْا لَىِٕنْ لَّمْ تَنْتَهِ يٰنُوْحُ لَتَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْمَرْجُوْمِيْنَۗ ١١٦

- قَالُوا۟
- They said
- la-in
- لَئِن
- "If
- lam
- لَّمْ
- not
- tantahi
- تَنتَهِ
- you desist
- yānūḥu
- يَٰنُوحُ
- O Nuh!
- latakūnanna
- لَتَكُونَنَّ
- Surely you will be
- mina
- مِنَ
- of
- l-marjūmīna
- ٱلْمَرْجُومِينَ
- those who are stoned
They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 116)Tafsir
117
قَالَ رَبِّ اِنَّ قَوْمِيْ كَذَّبُوْنِۖ ١١٧
- qāla
- قَالَ
- He said
- rabbi
- رَبِّ
- "My Lord!
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- qawmī
- قَوْمِى
- my people
- kadhabūni
- كَذَّبُونِ
- have denied me
He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 117)Tafsir
118
فَافْتَحْ بَيْنِيْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ فَتْحًا وَّنَجِّنِيْ وَمَنْ مَّعِيَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ١١٨
- fa-if'taḥ
- فَٱفْتَحْ
- So judge
- baynī
- بَيْنِى
- between me
- wabaynahum
- وَبَيْنَهُمْ
- and between them
- fatḥan
- فَتْحًا
- (with decisive) judgment
- wanajjinī
- وَنَجِّنِى
- and save me
- waman
- وَمَن
- and who
- maʿiya
- مَّعِىَ
- (are) with me
- mina
- مِنَ
- of
- l-mu'minīna
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- the believers"
Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 118)Tafsir
119
فَاَنْجَيْنٰهُ وَمَنْ مَّعَهٗ فِى الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُوْنِ ١١٩
- fa-anjaynāhu
- فَأَنجَيْنَٰهُ
- So We saved him
- waman
- وَمَن
- and who
- maʿahu
- مَّعَهُۥ
- (were) with him
- fī
- فِى
- in
- l-ful'ki
- ٱلْفُلْكِ
- the ship
- l-mashḥūni
- ٱلْمَشْحُونِ
- laden
So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 119)Tafsir
120
ثُمَّ اَغْرَقْنَا بَعْدُ الْبٰقِيْنَ ١٢٠
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- aghraqnā
- أَغْرَقْنَا
- We drowned
- baʿdu
- بَعْدُ
- thereafter
- l-bāqīna
- ٱلْبَاقِينَ
- the remaining ones
Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. (QS. [26] Ash-Shu'ara: 120)Tafsir
