41
قَالَ هٰذَا صِرَاطٌ عَلَيَّ مُسْتَقِيْمٌ ٤١
- qāla
- قَالَ
- He said
- hādhā
- هَٰذَا
- "This
- ṣirāṭun
- صِرَٰطٌ
- (is) the way
- ʿalayya
- عَلَىَّ
- to Me
- mus'taqīmun
- مُسْتَقِيمٌ
- straight
[Allah] said, "This is a path [of return] to Me [that is] straight. (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 41)Tafsir
42
اِنَّ عِبَادِيْ لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطٰنٌ اِلَّا مَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْغٰوِيْنَ ٤٢
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- ʿibādī
- عِبَادِى
- My slaves
- laysa
- لَيْسَ
- not
- laka
- لَكَ
- you have
- ʿalayhim
- عَلَيْهِمْ
- over them
- sul'ṭānun
- سُلْطَٰنٌ
- any authority
- illā
- إِلَّا
- except
- mani
- مَنِ
- those who
- ittabaʿaka
- ٱتَّبَعَكَ
- follow you
- mina
- مِنَ
- of
- l-ghāwīna
- ٱلْغَاوِينَ
- the ones who go astray"
Indeed, My servants – no authority will you have over them, except those who follow you of the deviators. (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 42)Tafsir
43
وَاِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمَوْعِدُهُمْ اَجْمَعِيْنَۙ ٤٣
- wa-inna
- وَإِنَّ
- And indeed
- jahannama
- جَهَنَّمَ
- Hell
- lamawʿiduhum
- لَمَوْعِدُهُمْ
- (is) surely the promised place for them
- ajmaʿīna
- أَجْمَعِينَ
- all
And indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all. (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 43)Tafsir
44
لَهَا سَبْعَةُ اَبْوَابٍۗ لِكُلِّ بَابٍ مِّنْهُمْ جُزْءٌ مَّقْسُوْمٌ ࣖ ٤٤
- lahā
- لَهَا
- For it
- sabʿatu
- سَبْعَةُ
- (are) seven
- abwābin
- أَبْوَٰبٍ
- gates
- likulli
- لِّكُلِّ
- for each
- bābin
- بَابٍ
- gate
- min'hum
- مِّنْهُمْ
- among them
- juz'on
- جُزْءٌ
- (is) a portion
- maqsūmun
- مَّقْسُومٌ
- assigned
It has seven gates; for every gate is of them [i.e., Satan's followers] a portion designated." (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 44)Tafsir
45
اِنَّ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ فِيْ جَنّٰتٍ وَّعُيُوْنٍۗ ٤٥
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- l-mutaqīna
- ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
- the righteous
- fī
- فِى
- (will be) in
- jannātin
- جَنَّٰتٍ
- Gardens
- waʿuyūnin
- وَعُيُونٍ
- and water springs
Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs, (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 45)Tafsir
46
اُدْخُلُوْهَا بِسَلٰمٍ اٰمِنِيْنَ ٤٦
- ud'khulūhā
- ٱدْخُلُوهَا
- "Enter it
- bisalāmin
- بِسَلَٰمٍ
- in peace
- āminīna
- ءَامِنِينَ
- secure"
[Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 46)Tafsir
47
وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِيْ صُدُوْرِهِمْ مِّنْ غِلٍّ اِخْوَانًا عَلٰى سُرُرٍ مُّتَقٰبِلِيْنَ ٤٧
- wanazaʿnā
- وَنَزَعْنَا
- And We (will) remove
- mā
- مَا
- what
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- ṣudūrihim
- صُدُورِهِم
- their breasts
- min
- مِّنْ
- of
- ghillin
- غِلٍّ
- rancor
- ikh'wānan
- إِخْوَٰنًا
- (they will be) brothers
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰ
- on
- sururin
- سُرُرٍ
- thrones
- mutaqābilīna
- مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ
- facing each other
And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 47)Tafsir
48
لَا يَمَسُّهُمْ فِيْهَا نَصَبٌ وَّمَا هُمْ مِّنْهَا بِمُخْرَجِيْنَ ٤٨
- lā
- لَا
- Not
- yamassuhum
- يَمَسُّهُمْ
- will touch them
- fīhā
- فِيهَا
- therein
- naṣabun
- نَصَبٌ
- fatigue
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and not
- hum
- هُم
- they
- min'hā
- مِّنْهَا
- from it
- bimukh'rajīna
- بِمُخْرَجِينَ
- will be removed
No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 48)Tafsir
49
۞ نَبِّئْ عِبَادِيْٓ اَنِّيْٓ اَنَا الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُۙ ٤٩
- nabbi
- نَبِّئْ
- Inform
- ʿibādī
- عِبَادِىٓ
- My slaves
- annī
- أَنِّىٓ
- that I
- anā
- أَنَا
- I am
- l-ghafūru
- ٱلْغَفُورُ
- the Oft-Forgiving
- l-raḥīmu
- ٱلرَّحِيمُ
- the Most Merciful
[O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful, (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 49)Tafsir
50
وَاَنَّ عَذَابِيْ هُوَ الْعَذَابُ الْاَلِيْمُ ٥٠
- wa-anna
- وَأَنَّ
- And that
- ʿadhābī
- عَذَابِى
- My punishment
- huwa
- هُوَ
- it
- l-ʿadhābu
- ٱلْعَذَابُ
- (is) the punishment
- l-alīmu
- ٱلْأَلِيمُ
- the most painful
And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. (QS. [15] Al-Hijr: 50)Tafsir
