اَثُمَّ اِذَا مَا وَقَعَ اٰمَنْتُمْ بِهٖۗ اٰۤلْـٰٔنَ وَقَدْ كُنْتُمْ بِهٖ تَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَ ٥١
- athumma
- أَثُمَّ
- Is (it) then
- idhā
- إِذَا
- when
- mā
- مَا
- when
- waqaʿa
- وَقَعَ
- (it had) occurred
- āmantum
- ءَامَنتُم
- you (will) believe
- bihi
- بِهِۦٓۚ
- in it?
- āl'āna
- ءَآلْـَٰٔنَ
- Now?
- waqad
- وَقَدْ
- And certainly
- kuntum
- كُنتُم
- you were
- bihi
- بِهِۦ
- seeking to hasten it
- tastaʿjilūna
- تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
- seeking to hasten it
Then is it that when it has [actually] occurred you will believe in it? Now? And you were [once] for it impatient. (QS. [10] Yunus: 51)Tafsir
ثُمَّ قِيْلَ لِلَّذِيْنَ ظَلَمُوْا ذُوْقُوْا عَذَابَ الْخُلْدِۚ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ اِلَّا بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُوْنَ ٥٢
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then

- قِيلَ
- it will be said
- lilladhīna
- لِلَّذِينَ
- to those who
- ẓalamū
- ظَلَمُوا۟
- wronged
- dhūqū
- ذُوقُوا۟
- "Taste
- ʿadhāba
- عَذَابَ
- punishment
- l-khul'di
- ٱلْخُلْدِ
- the everlasting
- hal
- هَلْ
- Are you (being) recompensed
- tuj'zawna
- تُجْزَوْنَ
- Are you (being) recompensed
- illā
- إِلَّا
- except
- bimā
- بِمَا
- for what
- kuntum
- كُنتُمْ
- you used (to)
- taksibūna
- تَكْسِبُونَ
- earn?"
Then it will be said to those who had wronged, "Taste the punishment of eternity; are you being recompensed except for what you used to earn?" (QS. [10] Yunus: 52)Tafsir
وَيَسْتَنْۢبِـُٔوْنَكَ اَحَقٌّ هُوَ ۗ قُلْ اِيْ وَرَبِّيْٓ اِنَّهٗ لَحَقٌّ ۗوَمَآ اَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِيْنَ ࣖ ٥٣
- wayastanbiūnaka
- وَيَسْتَنۢبِـُٔونَكَ
- And they ask you to inform
- aḥaqqun
- أَحَقٌّ
- "Is it true?"
- huwa
- هُوَۖ
- "Is it true?"
- qul
- قُلْ
- Say
- ī
- إِى
- "Yes
- warabbī
- وَرَبِّىٓ
- by my Lord!
- innahu
- إِنَّهُۥ
- Indeed, it
- laḥaqqun
- لَحَقٌّۖ
- (is) surely the truth
- wamā
- وَمَآ
- and not
- antum
- أَنتُم
- you
- bimuʿ'jizīna
- بِمُعْجِزِينَ
- (can) escape (it)"
And they ask information of you, [O Muhammad], "Is it true?" Say, "Yes, by my Lord. Indeed, it is truth; and you will not cause failure [to Allah]." (QS. [10] Yunus: 53)Tafsir
وَلَوْ اَنَّ لِكُلِّ نَفْسٍ ظَلَمَتْ مَا فِى الْاَرْضِ لَافْتَدَتْ بِهٖۗ وَاَسَرُّوا النَّدَامَةَ لَمَّا رَاَوُا الْعَذَابَۚ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ ٥٤

- وَلَوْ
- And if
- anna
- أَنَّ
- that
- likulli
- لِكُلِّ
- for every
- nafsin
- نَفْسٍ
- soul
- ẓalamat
- ظَلَمَتْ
- (that) wronged
- mā
- مَا
- whatever
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth
- la-if'tadat
- لَٱفْتَدَتْ
- it (would) seek to ransom
- bihi
- بِهِۦۗ
- with it
- wa-asarrū
- وَأَسَرُّوا۟
- and they (will) confide
- l-nadāmata
- ٱلنَّدَامَةَ
- the regret
- lammā
- لَمَّا
- when
- ra-awū
- رَأَوُا۟
- they see
- l-ʿadhāba
- ٱلْعَذَابَۖ
- the punishment
- waquḍiya
- وَقُضِىَ
- But will be judged
- baynahum
- بَيْنَهُم
- between them
- bil-qis'ṭi
- بِٱلْقِسْطِۚ
- in justice
- wahum
- وَهُمْ
- and they
- lā
- لَا
- (will) not
- yuẓ'lamūna
- يُظْلَمُونَ
- (be) wronged
And if each soul that wronged had everything on earth, it would offer it in ransom. And they will confide regret when they see the punishment; and they will be judged in justice, and they will not be wronged. (QS. [10] Yunus: 54)Tafsir
اَلَآ اِنَّ لِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ اَلَآ اِنَّ وَعْدَ اللّٰهِ حَقٌّ وَّلٰكِنَّ اَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُوْنَ ٥٥
- alā
- أَلَآ
- No doubt
- inna
- إِنَّ
- indeed
- lillahi
- لِلَّهِ
- for Allah
- mā
- مَا
- (is) whatever
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- the heavens
- wal-arḍi
- وَٱلْأَرْضِۗ
- and the earth
- alā
- أَلَآ
- No doubt
- inna
- إِنَّ
- indeed
- waʿda
- وَعْدَ
- (the) Promise of Allah
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- (the) Promise of Allah
- ḥaqqun
- حَقٌّ
- (is) true
- walākinna
- وَلَٰكِنَّ
- But
- aktharahum
- أَكْثَرَهُمْ
- most of them
- lā
- لَا
- (do) not
- yaʿlamūna
- يَعْلَمُونَ
- know
Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Unquestionably, the promise of Allah is truth, but most of them do not know. (QS. [10] Yunus: 55)Tafsir
هُوَ يُحْيٖ وَيُمِيْتُ وَاِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ ٥٦
- huwa
- هُوَ
- He
- yuḥ'yī
- يُحْىِۦ
- gives life
- wayumītu
- وَيُمِيتُ
- and causes death
- wa-ilayhi
- وَإِلَيْهِ
- and to Him
- tur'jaʿūna
- تُرْجَعُونَ
- you will be returned
He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned. (QS. [10] Yunus: 56)Tafsir
يٰٓاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاۤءَتْكُمْ مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاۤءٌ لِّمَا فِى الصُّدُوْرِۙ وَهُدًى وَّرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ٥٧
- yāayyuhā
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O mankind!
- l-nāsu
- ٱلنَّاسُ
- O mankind!
- qad
- قَدْ
- Verily
- jāatkum
- جَآءَتْكُم
- has come to you
- mawʿiẓatun
- مَّوْعِظَةٌ
- an instruction
- min
- مِّن
- from
- rabbikum
- رَّبِّكُمْ
- your Lord
- washifāon
- وَشِفَآءٌ
- and a healing
- limā
- لِّمَا
- for what
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-ṣudūri
- ٱلصُّدُورِ
- your breasts
- wahudan
- وَهُدًى
- and guidance
- waraḥmatun
- وَرَحْمَةٌ
- and mercy
- lil'mu'minīna
- لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- for the believers
O mankind, there has come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers. (QS. [10] Yunus: 57)Tafsir
قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللّٰهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهٖ فَبِذٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوْاۗ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُوْنَ ٥٨
- qul
- قُلْ
- Say
- bifaḍli
- بِفَضْلِ
- "In the Bounty
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- "(of) Allah
- wabiraḥmatihi
- وَبِرَحْمَتِهِۦ
- and in His Mercy
- fabidhālika
- فَبِذَٰلِكَ
- so in that
- falyafraḥū
- فَلْيَفْرَحُوا۟
- let them rejoice"
- huwa
- هُوَ
- It
- khayrun
- خَيْرٌ
- (is) better
- mimmā
- مِّمَّا
- than what
- yajmaʿūna
- يَجْمَعُونَ
- they accumulate
Say, "In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy – in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate." (QS. [10] Yunus: 58)Tafsir
قُلْ اَرَءَيْتُمْ مَّآ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ مِّنْ رِّزْقٍ فَجَعَلْتُمْ مِّنْهُ حَرَامًا وَّحَلٰلًا ۗ قُلْ اٰۤللّٰهُ اَذِنَ لَكُمْ اَمْ عَلَى اللّٰهِ تَفْتَرُوْنَ ٥٩

- قُلْ
- Say
- ara-aytum
- أَرَءَيْتُم
- "Have you seen
- mā
- مَّآ
- what
- anzala
- أَنزَلَ
- (has been) sent down
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- (by) Allah
- lakum
- لَكُم
- for you
- min
- مِّن
- of
- riz'qin
- رِّزْقٍ
- (the) provision
- fajaʿaltum
- فَجَعَلْتُم
- and you have made
- min'hu
- مِّنْهُ
- of it
- ḥarāman
- حَرَامًا
- unlawful
- waḥalālan
- وَحَلَٰلًا
- and lawful?"
- qul
- قُلْ
- Say
- āllahu
- ءَآللَّهُ
- "Has Allah
- adhina
- أَذِنَ
- permitted
- lakum
- لَكُمْۖ
- [to] you
- am
- أَمْ
- or
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- against
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- taftarūna
- تَفْتَرُونَ
- you invent (lies)?"
Say, "Have you seen what Allah has sent down to you of provision of which you have made [some] lawful and [some] unlawful?" Say, "Has Allah permitted you [to do so], or do you invent [something] about Allah?" (QS. [10] Yunus: 59)Tafsir
وَمَا ظَنُّ الَّذِيْنَ يَفْتَرُوْنَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ الْكَذِبَ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَذُوْ فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلٰكِنَّ اَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَشْكُرُوْنَ ࣖ ٦٠
- wamā
- وَمَا
- And what
- ẓannu
- ظَنُّ
- (will be the) assumption
- alladhīna
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- (of) those who
- yaftarūna
- يَفْتَرُونَ
- invent
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- against
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- l-kadhiba
- ٱلْكَذِبَ
- the lie
- yawma
- يَوْمَ
- (on) the Day
- l-qiyāmati
- ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِۗ
- (of) the Judgment?
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- ladhū
- لَذُو
- (is) surely Full (of) Bounty
- faḍlin
- فَضْلٍ
- (is) surely Full (of) Bounty
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- to
- l-nāsi
- ٱلنَّاسِ
- the mankind
- walākinna
- وَلَٰكِنَّ
- but
- aktharahum
- أَكْثَرَهُمْ
- most of them
- lā
- لَا
- (are) not
- yashkurūna
- يَشْكُرُونَ
- grateful
And what will be the supposition of those who invent falsehood about Allah on the Day of Resurrection? Indeed, Allah is the possessor of bounty for the people, but most of them are not grateful. (QS. [10] Yunus: 60)Tafsir
