Is not God the fairest of all judges?, the most just of all judges. His passing judgement by means of [the process of] requital is one such example. In a hadth [it is stated], `Whoever recites [srat] wa'l-tni, `By the fig', to the end of it, let him then say, "Yes Indeed! And I am of those who bear witness to this!" ' Meccan, consisting of 19 verses; from the beginning of it up to [the verse] what he did not know, was the first of the Qur'n to be revealed, in the cave at Hir', as reported by al-Bukhr.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Is not the Allah the best of judges,
meaning, `is He not the best of judges, Who does not oppress or do any injustice to anyone'
And from His justice is that He will establish the Judgement, and He will give retribution to the person who was wronged in this life against whoever wronged him.
This is the end of the Tafsir of Surah At-Tin and all praise and thanks are due to Allah
