Al-Qur'an Surah At-Tawbah Verse 76
At-Tawbah [9]: 76 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
فَلَمَّآ اٰتٰىهُمْ مِّنْ فَضْلِهٖ بَخِلُوْا بِهٖ وَتَوَلَّوْا وَّهُمْ مُّعْرِضُوْنَ (التوبة : ٩)
- falammā
- فَلَمَّآ
- But when
- ātāhum
- ءَاتَىٰهُم
- He gave them
- min
- مِّن
- of
- faḍlihi
- فَضْلِهِۦ
- His Bounty
- bakhilū
- بَخِلُوا۟
- they became stingy
- bihi
- بِهِۦ
- with it
- watawallaw
- وَتَوَلَّوا۟
- and turned away
- wahum
- وَّهُم
- while they
- muʿ'riḍūna
- مُّعْرِضُونَ
- (were) averse
Transliteration:
Falammaaa aataahum min fadlihee bakhiloo bihee wa tawallaw wa hum mu'ridoon(QS. at-Tawbah:76)
English / Sahih Translation:
But when He gave them from His bounty, they were stingy with it and turned away while they refused. (QS. At-Tawbah, ayah 76)
