Al-Qur'an Surah Al-A'la Verse 16
Al-A'la [87]: 16 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
بَلْ تُؤْثِرُوْنَ الْحَيٰوةَ الدُّنْيَاۖ (الأعلى : ٨٧)

- Nay!
- tu'thirūna
- تُؤْثِرُونَ
- You prefer
- l-ḥayata
- ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ
- the life
- l-dun'yā
- ٱلدُّنْيَا
- (of) the world
Transliteration:
Bal tu'siroonal hayaatad dunyaa(QS. al-ʾAʿlā:16)
English / Sahih Translation:
But you prefer the worldly life, (QS. Al-A'la, ayah 16)
