Al-Qur'an Surah At-Tariq Verse 8
At-Tariq [86]: 8 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
اِنَّهٗ عَلٰى رَجْعِهٖ لَقَادِرٌۗ (الطارق : ٨٦)
- innahu
- إِنَّهُۥ
- Indeed He

- رَجْعِهِۦ
- return him

- لَقَادِرٌ
- (is) Able
Transliteration:
Innahoo 'alaa raj'ihee laqaadir(QS. aṭ-Ṭāriq̈:8)
English / Sahih Translation:
Indeed, He [i.e., Allah], to return him [to life], is Able. (QS. At-Tariq, ayah 8)

Tafsir jalalayn
Assuredly He, exalted be He, is able to bring him back, to resurrect man after his death; and so when he reflects on his origins, he will realise that the One who was able to do this is also able to resurrect him,
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Verily, He is Able to bring him back (to life)!
This means that He is able to return this man that is created from fluid gushed forth. In other words, He is able to repeat his creation and resurrect him to the final abode. This is clearly possible, because whoever is able to begin the creation then he surely is able to repeat it.
Indeed Allah has mentioned this proof in more than one place in the Qur'an.
On the Day of Judgement, Man will have no Power or Assistance
In this regard Allah says,
يَوْمَ تُبْلَى السَّرَايِرُ
