This means that he will return to his family in Paradise.

This was said by Qatadah and Ad-Dahhak.

They also said,

"Masrur means happy and delighted by what Allah has given him."

Allah said;

وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ وَرَاء ظَهْرِهِ
