Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Infitar Verse 14
Al-Infitar [82]: 14 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
وَّاِنَّ الْفُجَّارَ لَفِيْ جَحِيْمٍ (الإنفطار : ٨٢)
- wa-inna
- وَإِنَّ
- And indeed
- l-fujāra
- ٱلْفُجَّارَ
- the wicked
- lafī
- لَفِى
- (will be) surely in
- jaḥīmin
- جَحِيمٍ
- Hellfire
Transliteration:
Wa innal fujjaara lafee jaheem(QS. al-ʾInfiṭār:14)
English / Sahih Translation:
And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire. (QS. Al-Infitar, ayah 14)

Tafsir jalalayn
and indeed the profligates, the disbelievers, shall be in Hell-fire, a scorching fire,
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Verily, the Abrar (the righteous believers) will be in Delight;
And verily, the wicked will be in the blazing Fire (Hell),
They are those who obeyed Allah and did not meet Him with disobedience (sins). Then He mentions that the evildoers will be in Hell and eternal torment.
Due to this He says,
يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ الدِّينِ
