Tafsir jalalayn

and when Paradise is brought near, [when it is] brought close to those who have merited it, that they may enter it (the response to idh, `when', at the beginning of the sra and all that has been supplemented thereto is [the following]);

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

And when Paradise is brought near.

Ad-Dahhak, Abu Malik, Qatadah, and Ar-Rabi` bin Khuthaym, all said,

"This means it will be brought near to its inhabitants."
Everyone will know what He has brought on the Day of Judgement Concerning

Allah's statement,

عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَّا أَحْضَرَتْ
