Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Anfal Verse 64
Al-Anfal [8]: 64 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
يٰٓاَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ حَسْبُكَ اللّٰهُ وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ࣖ (الأنفال : ٨)
- yāayyuhā
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O!
- l-nabiyu
- ٱلنَّبِىُّ
- Prophet!
- ḥasbuka
- حَسْبُكَ
- Sufficient for you
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- (is) Allah
- wamani
- وَمَنِ
- and whoever
- ittabaʿaka
- ٱتَّبَعَكَ
- follows you
- mina
- مِنَ
- of
- l-mu'minīna
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- the believers
Transliteration:
Yaaa aiyuhan Nabiyyu hasbukal laahu wa manittaba 'aka minal mu'mineen(QS. al-ʾAnfāl:64)
English / Sahih Translation:
O Prophet, sufficient for you is Allah and for whoever follows you of the believers. (QS. Al-Anfal, ayah 64)

Allah says;
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ حَسْبُكَ اللّهُ وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْمُوْمِنِينَ
O Prophet! Allah is sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you.
Allah encourages His Prophet and the believers to fight and struggle against the enemy, and wage war against their forces. Allah affirms that He will suffice, aid, support, and help the believers against their enemies, even if their enemies are numerous and have sufficient supplies, while the believers are few.
