Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nazi'at Verse 41

An-Nazi'at [79]: 41 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer

فَاِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ هِيَ الْمَأْوٰىۗ (النازعات : ٧٩)

fa-inna
فَإِنَّ
Then indeed
l-janata
ٱلْجَنَّةَ
Paradise -
hiya
هِىَ
it (is)
l-mawā
ٱلْمَأْوَىٰ
the refuge

Transliteration:

Fa innal jannata hiyal maawaa (QS. an-Nāziʿāt:41)

English / Sahih Translation:

Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. (QS. An-Nazi'at, ayah 41)

Tafsir jalalayn

Paradise will indeed be the abode; in sum the response [to idh, `when', verse 34] is that the disobedient one will be in the Fire and the obedient one in Paradise.

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

Verily Paradise will be his abode.

meaning, his final abode, his destination, and his place of return will be the spacious Paradise.

Then Allah says,

يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّانَ مُرْسَاهَا
