Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Insan Verse 23
Al-Insan [76]: 23 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
اِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْاٰنَ تَنْزِيْلًاۚ (الانسان : ٧٦)

Transliteration:
Innaa nahnu nazzalnaa 'alaikal quraana tanzeelaa(QS. al-ʾInsān:23)
English / Sahih Translation:
Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Quran progressively. (QS. Al-Insan, ayah 23)

Tafsir jalalayn
Assuredly We (nahnu reiterates the subject of inn, `assuredly, for the purpose of emphasis; alternatively it is a separating pronoun) have revealed the Qur'n to you as a gradual revelation (tanzlan is the predicate of inna, `assuredly'), in other words, We have divided it into parts instead of not revealing it all at once.

Allah reminds His Messenger,
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْانَ تَنزِيلً
Verily, it is We Who have sent down the Qur'an to you by stages.
Allah reminds His Messenger of how He blessed him by revealing the Magnificent Qur'an to him
