Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Qiyamah Verse 14
Al-Qiyamah [75]: 14 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
بَلِ الْاِنْسَانُ عَلٰى نَفْسِهٖ بَصِيْرَةٌۙ (القيامة : ٧٥)
- bali
- بَلِ
- Nay!
- l-insānu
- ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ
- [The] man
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰ
- against
- nafsihi
- نَفْسِهِۦ
- himself
- baṣīratun
- بَصِيرَةٌ
- (will be) a witness
Transliteration:
Balil insaanu 'alaa nafsihee baseerah(QS. al-Q̈iyamah:14)
English / Sahih Translation:
Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, (QS. Al-Qiyamah, ayah 14)

Tafsir jalalayn
Rather man has insight into his [own] soul, for his limbs will speak of his deeds (the h' [sc. the t' marbta in basratun] is for hyperbole), and so he must be requited,
