كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَۗ ١١
- kallā
- كَلَّا
- By no means!
- lā
- لَا
- (There is) no
- wazara
- وَزَرَ
- refuge
No! There is no refuge. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 11)Tafsir
12
اِلٰى رَبِّكَ يَوْمَىِٕذِ ِۨالْمُسْتَقَرُّۗ ١٢
- ilā
- إِلَىٰ
- To
- rabbika
- رَبِّكَ
- your Lord
- yawma-idhin
- يَوْمَئِذٍ
- that Day
- l-mus'taqaru
- ٱلْمُسْتَقَرُّ
- (is) the place of rest
To your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 12)Tafsir
13
يُنَبَّؤُا الْاِنْسَانُ يَوْمَىِٕذٍۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَاَخَّرَۗ ١٣
- yunabba-u
- يُنَبَّؤُا۟
- Will be informed
- l-insānu
- ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ
- [the] man
- yawma-idhin
- يَوْمَئِذٍۭ
- that Day
- bimā
- بِمَا
- of what
- qaddama
- قَدَّمَ
- he sent forth
- wa-akhara
- وَأَخَّرَ
- and kept back
Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 13)Tafsir
14
بَلِ الْاِنْسَانُ عَلٰى نَفْسِهٖ بَصِيْرَةٌۙ ١٤
- bali
- بَلِ
- Nay!
- l-insānu
- ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ
- [The] man
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰ
- against
- nafsihi
- نَفْسِهِۦ
- himself
- baṣīratun
- بَصِيرَةٌ
- (will be) a witness
Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 14)Tafsir
15
وَّلَوْ اَلْقٰى مَعَاذِيْرَهٗۗ ١٥
- walaw
- وَلَوْ
- Even if
- alqā
- أَلْقَىٰ
- he presents
- maʿādhīrahu
- مَعَاذِيرَهُۥ
- his excuses
Even if he presents his excuses. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 15)Tafsir
16
لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهٖ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهٖۗ ١٦
- lā
- لَا
- Not
- tuḥarrik
- تُحَرِّكْ
- move
- bihi
- بِهِۦ
- with it
- lisānaka
- لِسَانَكَ
- your tongue
- litaʿjala
- لِتَعْجَلَ
- to hasten
- bihi
- بِهِۦٓ
- with it
Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with it [i.e., recitation of the Quran]. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 16)Tafsir
17
اِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهٗ وَقُرْاٰنَهٗ ۚ ١٧
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- ʿalaynā
- عَلَيْنَا
- upon Us
- jamʿahu
- جَمْعَهُۥ
- (is) its collection
- waqur'ānahu
- وَقُرْءَانَهُۥ
- and its recitation
Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 17)Tafsir
18
فَاِذَا قَرَأْنٰهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْاٰنَهٗ ۚ ١٨
- fa-idhā
- فَإِذَا
- And when
- qaranāhu
- قَرَأْنَٰهُ
- We have recited it
- fa-ittabiʿ
- فَٱتَّبِعْ
- then follow
- qur'ānahu
- قُرْءَانَهُۥ
- its recitation
So when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 18)Tafsir
19
ثُمَّ اِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهٗ ۗ ١٩
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- inna
- إِنَّ
- indeed
- ʿalaynā
- عَلَيْنَا
- upon Us
- bayānahu
- بَيَانَهُۥ
- (is) its explanation
Then upon Us is its clarification [to you]. (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 19)Tafsir
20
كَلَّا بَلْ تُحِبُّوْنَ الْعَاجِلَةَۙ ٢٠
- kallā
- كَلَّا
- No!
- bal
- بَلْ
- But
- tuḥibbūna
- تُحِبُّونَ
- you love
- l-ʿājilata
- ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ
- the immediate
No! But you [i.e., mankind] love the immediate (QS. [75] Al-Qiyamah: 20)Tafsir
