Al-Qur'an Surah Al-A'raf Verse 87

If a group from among you has believed in what I have been sent with, and another group has not believed, then keep patience until Allah decides between us. He is the best of all judges.”

Tafsir jalalayn

And if there is a party of you who believe in that with which I have been sent, and a party who do not believe, in it, then be patient, wait, until God judges between us, and you, by delivering the affirmer [of this truth] and destroying the denier [of it]. He is the best of judges', the fairest of them.

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

وَإِن كَانَ طَأيِفَةٌ مِّنكُمْ امَنُواْ بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَطَأيِفَةٌ لَّمْ يْوْمِنُواْ

"And if there is a party of you who believes in that with which I have been sent and a party who does not believe,"

that is, if you divided concerning me,

فَاصْبِرُواْ

"so be patient,"

that is, then wait and see,

حَتَّى يَحْكُمَ اللّهُ بَيْنَنَا

"until Allah judges between us," (and you),

وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِين



"and He is the best of judges."

Surely, Allah will award the best end to those who fear and obey Him and He will destroy the disbelievers
