Al-Qur'an Surah Al-A'raf Verse 75
Al-A'raf [7]: 75 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
قَالَ الْمَلَاُ الَّذِيْنَ اسْتَكْبَرُوْا مِنْ قَوْمِهٖ لِلَّذِيْنَ اسْتُضْعِفُوْا لِمَنْ اٰمَنَ مِنْهُمْ اَتَعْلَمُوْنَ اَنَّ صٰلِحًا مُّرْسَلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖۗ قَالُوْٓا اِنَّا بِمَآ اُرْسِلَ بِهٖ مُؤْمِنُوْنَ (الأعراف : ٧)

Transliteration:
Qaalal mala ul lazeenas takbaroo min qawmihee lillazeenas tud'ifoo liman aamana minhum ata'almoona anna Saaliham mursalum mir Rabbih; qaalooo innaa bimaaa ursila bihee mu'minoon(QS. al-ʾAʿrāf:75)
English / Sahih Translation:
Said the eminent ones who were arrogant among his people to those who were oppressed – to those who believed among them, "Do you [actually] know that Saleh is sent from his Lord?" They said, "Indeed we, in that with which he was sent, are believers." (QS. Al-A'raf, ayah 75)

The haughty chiefs of his people said to those of the oppressed who had believed (in the Messenger), “Do you know for sure that SāliH is a messenger from his Lord?” They said, “Of course, we believe in what he has been sent with.”

The arrogant chiefs of his people asked the lowly who believed among them, “Are you certain that Ṣâliḥ has been sent by his Lord?” They replied, “We certainly believe in what he has been sent with.”

The chieftains of his people who considered themselves strong and great said to those who were reckoned weak, to those of them who had believed, `Are you sure that Sâlih is one sent from his Lord?´ They replied, `Surely, we are believers in that (Message) he has been sent with.´

The nobles/assembly , those who became arrogant from his nation said to those who were weakened to who believed from them: "Do you know that Saleh is sent from his Lord?" They Said: "We are with what (he) is sent with believing."

The proud leaders of his people (mockingly) said to the weak Muslims, "Do you know that Saleh is (really) the Noble Messenger of his Lord?" They said, "We believe in whatever he has been sent with."

Tafsir jalalayn
Said the council of those of his people who waxed proud, [who] disdained belief in him, to those who were oppressed, to such of them as believed, that is, from among his people (li-man mana minhum, `to such of them as believed', is a substitution for the preceding clause [li'lladhna istud`if, `to those who were oppressed'], repeating the preposition [li-, `to']); `Are you aware that Slih has been sent, to you, from his Lord?' They said, `Yes! Truly we believe in the Message with which he has been sent.'
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
The leaders of those who were arrogant among his people said to those who were counted weak -- to such of them as believed;"Know you that Salih is one sent from his Lord."
They said;"We indeed believe in that with which he has been sent."
قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُواْ إِنَّا بِالَّذِيَ امَنتُمْ بِهِ كَافِرُونَ
