Al-Qur'an Surah Al-A'raf Verse 195
Al-A'raf [7]: 195 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
اَلَهُمْ اَرْجُلٌ يَّمْشُوْنَ بِهَآ ۖ اَمْ لَهُمْ اَيْدٍ يَّبْطِشُوْنَ بِهَآ ۖ اَمْ لَهُمْ اَعْيُنٌ يُّبْصِرُوْنَ بِهَآ ۖ اَمْ لَهُمْ اٰذَانٌ يَّسْمَعُوْنَ بِهَاۗ قُلِ ادْعُوْا شُرَكَاۤءَكُمْ ثُمَّ كِيْدُوْنِ فَلَا تُنْظِرُوْنِ (الأعراف : ٧)

Transliteration:
A lahum arjuluny yamshoona bihaa am lahum aidiny yabtishoona bihaaa am lahum a'yunuy yubsiroona bihaaa am lahum aazaanuny yasma'oona bihaa; qulid'oo shurakaaa'akum summa keedooni falaa tunziroon(QS. al-ʾAʿrāf:195)
English / Sahih Translation:
Do they have feet by which they walk? Or do they have hands by which they strike? Or do they have eyes by which they see? Or do they have ears by which they hear? Say, [O Muhammad], "Call your 'partners' and then conspire against me and give me no respite. (QS. Al-A'raf, ayah 195)

Are for them feet (legs) they walk with it, or (are) for them hands they destroy/attack violently with it, or (are) for them eyes/sights they see/understand with it, or (are) for them ears, they hear/listen with it? Say: "Call your partners (with God) then plot/conspire against me , so you (will) not delay me/give me time ."110

Tafsir jalalayn
Have they feet wherewith they walk or, indeed, have they hands (aydin is the plural of yad) wherewith they can grasp or, indeed, have they eyes wherewith they can see or, indeed, have they ears wherewith they give ear? (an interrogative of rejection), in other words, they have none of these things, which you have, so why do you worship them when you are more complete in being than they are? Say, to them, O Muhammad (s); `Call upon your associates, to destroy me; then scheme against me, and waste no time, [do not] give me any respite, for I am not concerned with you.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
أَلَهُمْ أَرْجُلٌ يَمْشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَيْدٍ يَبْطِشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ اذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا
Have they feet wherewith they walk! Or have they hands wherewith they hold! Or have they eyes wherewith they see! Or have they ears wherewith they hear!
Allah states that the idols were created, just as those who worship them. Rather, the people are better than the idols, because they are able to hear, see and exert harm. The idols, on the other hand, have no such powers.
Allah said next,
قُلِ ادْعُواْ شُرَكَاءكُمْ ثُمَّ كِيدُونِ فَلَ تُنظِرُونِ
Say;"Call your (so-called) partners (of Allah) and then plot against me, and give me no respite!
invoke the idols for aid against me and do not give me respite, even for an instant, and give it your best effort,
