Al-Qur'an Surah Al-A'raf Verse 186
Al-A'raf [7]: 186 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
مَنْ يُّضْلِلِ اللّٰهُ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهٗ ۖوَيَذَرُهُمْ فِيْ طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُوْنَ (الأعراف : ٧)

Transliteration:
Mai yadlilil laahu falaa haadiyaa lah; wa yazaruhum fee tughyaanihim ya'mahoon(QS. al-ʾAʿrāf:186)
English / Sahih Translation:
Whoever Allah sends astray – there is no guide for him. And He leaves them in their transgression, wandering blindly. (QS. Al-A'raf, ayah 186)

Tafsir jalalayn
Whomever God sends astray, he has no guide. And He leaves them (read in the imperfect indicative wa- yadharuhum or wa-nadharuhum, `and We leave them', as the beginning of a new sentence; or [the same verbs] in the imperfect jussive [apocopated form] wa-yadharhum, or wa-nadharhum, as a supplement to what comes after f' [of fa-l hdiya lahu, `so he has no guide']) in their insolence to wander on blindly, hesitating, out of perplexity.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Allah said next,
مَن يُضْلِلِ اللّهُ فَلَ هَادِيَ لَهُ
وَيَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Whomsoever Allah sends astray, none can guide him; and He lets them wander blindly in their transgressions.
Allah says, those who were destined to be misguided, then none can lead them to guidance, and even if they try their best effort to gain such guidance, this will not avail them,
وَمَن يُرِدِ اللَّهُ فِتْنَتَهُ فَلَن تَمْلِكَ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْياً
And whomsoever Allah wants to put in Fitnah (error, because of his rejecting of Faith, or trial), you can do nothing for him against Allah. (5;41)
and,
قُلِ انظُرُواْ مَاذَا فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ وَمَا تُغْنِى الايَـتُ وَالنُّذُرُ عَن قَوْمٍ لاَّ يُوْمِنُونَ
Say;"Behold all that is in the heavens and the earth," but neither Ayat nor warners benefit those who believe not. (10;101
