وَّمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍۗ قَلِيْلًا مَّا تُؤْمِنُوْنَۙ ٤١
- wamā
- وَمَا
- And not
- huwa
- هُوَ
- it
- biqawli
- بِقَوْلِ
- (is the) word
- shāʿirin
- شَاعِرٍۚ
- (of) a poet;
- qalīlan
- قَلِيلًا
- little
- mā
- مَّا
- (is) what
- tu'minūna
- تُؤْمِنُونَ
- you believe!
And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 41)Tafsir
42
وَلَا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍۗ قَلِيْلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُوْنَۗ ٤٢
- walā
- وَلَا
- And not
- biqawli
- بِقَوْلِ
- (it is the) word
- kāhinin
- كَاهِنٍۚ
- (of) a soothsayer;
- qalīlan
- قَلِيلًا
- little
- mā
- مَّا
- (is) what
- tadhakkarūna
- تَذَكَّرُونَ
- you remember
Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 42)Tafsir
43
تَنْزِيْلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ ٤٣
- tanzīlun
- تَنزِيلٌ
- (It is) a revelation
- min
- مِّن
- from
- rabbi
- رَّبِّ
- (the) Lord
- l-ʿālamīna
- ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
- (of) the worlds
[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 43)Tafsir
44
وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الْاَقَاوِيْلِۙ ٤٤
- walaw
- وَلَوْ
- And if
- taqawwala
- تَقَوَّلَ
- he (had) fabricated
- ʿalaynā
- عَلَيْنَا
- against Us
- baʿḍa
- بَعْضَ
- some
- l-aqāwīli
- ٱلْأَقَاوِيلِ
- sayings
And if he [i.e., Muhammad] had made up about Us some [false] sayings, (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 44)Tafsir
45
لَاَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِيْنِۙ ٤٥
- la-akhadhnā
- لَأَخَذْنَا
- Certainly We (would) have seized
- min'hu
- مِنْهُ
- him
- bil-yamīni
- بِٱلْيَمِينِ
- by the right hand;
We would have seized him by the right hand; (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 45)Tafsir
46
ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِيْنَۖ ٤٦
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- laqaṭaʿnā
- لَقَطَعْنَا
- certainly We (would) have cut off
- min'hu
- مِنْهُ
- from him
- l-watīna
- ٱلْوَتِينَ
- the aorta
Then We would have cut from him the aorta. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 46)Tafsir
47
فَمَا مِنْكُمْ مِّنْ اَحَدٍ عَنْهُ حَاجِزِيْنَۙ ٤٧
- famā
- فَمَا
- And not
- minkum
- مِنكُم
- from you
- min
- مِّنْ
- any
- aḥadin
- أَحَدٍ
- one
- ʿanhu
- عَنْهُ
- [from him]
- ḥājizīna
- حَٰجِزِينَ
- (could) prevent
And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 47)Tafsir
48
وَاِنَّهٗ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَ ٤٨
- wa-innahu
- وَإِنَّهُۥ
- And indeed it
- latadhkiratun
- لَتَذْكِرَةٌ
- (is) surely a reminder
- lil'muttaqīna
- لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
- for the Allah-fearing
And indeed, it [i.e., the Quran] is a reminder for the righteous. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 48)Tafsir
49
وَاِنَّا لَنَعْلَمُ اَنَّ مِنْكُمْ مُّكَذِّبِيْنَۗ ٤٩
- wa-innā
- وَإِنَّا
- And indeed We
- lanaʿlamu
- لَنَعْلَمُ
- surely know
- anna
- أَنَّ
- that
- minkum
- مِنكُم
- among you
- mukadhibīna
- مُّكَذِّبِينَ
- (are) deniers
And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 49)Tafsir
50
وَاِنَّهٗ لَحَسْرَةٌ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِيْنَۚ ٥٠
- wa-innahu
- وَإِنَّهُۥ
- And indeed it
- laḥasratun
- لَحَسْرَةٌ
- (is) surely a regret
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- upon
- l-kāfirīna
- ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
- the disbelievers
And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. (QS. [69] Al-Haqqah: 50)Tafsir
