Al-Qur'an Surah At-Talaq Verse 5
At-Talaq [65]: 5 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
ذٰلِكَ اَمْرُ اللّٰهِ اَنْزَلَهٗٓ اِلَيْكُمْۗ وَمَنْ يَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّاٰتِهٖ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهٗٓ اَجْرًا (الطلاق : ٦٥)

Transliteration:
Zaalika amrul laahi anzalahoo ilaikum; wa many yattaqil laaha yukaffir 'anhu saiyi aatihee wa yu'zim lahoo ajraa(QS. aṭ-Ṭalāq̈:5)
English / Sahih Translation:
That is the command of Allah, which He has sent down to you; and whoever fears Allah – He will remove for him his misdeeds and make great for him his reward. (QS. At-Talaq, ayah 5)

This is the command of Allah that He has sent down to you. And whoever fears Allah, He will write off his evil deeds, and will give him a huge reward.

All that (which has been said) is God’s commandment which He has sent down to you. Whoever keeps from disobedience to God in reverence for Him and piety, He blots out from him his evil deeds, and vastly enlarges reward for him.

That is the command of Allâh. He has revealed this to you. For the one who takes Allâh as a shield He will rid him of (the evil consequences of) his sins and will grant him a very great reward.
English Literal
That (is) God`s order/command, He descended it to you, and who fears and obeys God, He covers/substitutes from him his sins/crimes and He magnifies for him a reward .

Such is the commandment which God has revealed to you. He who fears God shall be forgiven his sins and richly rewarded.

This is the ordinance of God, which He sent down to you. Whoever fears God—He will remit his sins, and will amplify his reward.
Tafsir jalalayn
That, which is mentioned regarding the prescribed [waiting] period, is God's command, His ruling, which He has revealed to you. And whoever fears God, He will absolve him of his misdeeds and magnify the reward for him.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
ذَلِكَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ أَنزَلَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ
That is the command of Allah, which He has sent down to you;
meaning, this is His commandment and legislation that He sent down to you through His Messenger,
وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّيَاتِهِ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُ أَجْرًا
and whosoever has Taqwa of Allah, He will expiate from him his sins, and will increase his reward.
means, Allah will prevent what he fears and multiply his reward even for the little good he does
