Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Munafiqun Verse 7
Al-Munafiqun [63]: 7 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
هُمُ الَّذِيْنَ يَقُوْلُوْنَ لَا تُنْفِقُوْا عَلٰى مَنْ عِنْدَ رَسُوْلِ اللّٰهِ حَتّٰى يَنْفَضُّوْاۗ وَلِلّٰهِ خَزَاۤىِٕنُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۙ وَلٰكِنَّ الْمُنٰفِقِيْنَ لَا يَفْقَهُوْنَ (المنافقون : ٦٣)

- يَقُولُونَ

- "(Do) not
- tunfiqū
- تُنفِقُوا۟

- (those) who
- ʿinda
- عِندَ
- (are) with
- rasūli
- رَسُولِ
- (the) Messenger
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- (of) Allah
- ḥattā
- حَتَّىٰ
- until
- yanfaḍḍū
- يَنفَضُّوا۟ۗ
- they disband"
- walillahi
- وَلِلَّهِ
- And for Allah
- khazāinu
- خَزَآئِنُ
- (are the) treasures
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- (of) the heavens
- wal-arḍi
- وَٱلْأَرْضِ
- and the earth
- walākinna
- وَلَٰكِنَّ
- but
- l-munāfiqīna
- ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ
- the hypocrites
- lā
- لَا
- (do) not
- yafqahūna
- يَفْقَهُونَ
- understand
Transliteration:
Humul lazeena yaqooloona laa tunfiqoo 'alaa man inda Rasoolil laahi hatta yanfaddoo; wa lillaahi khazaaa' inus samaawaati wal ardi wa laakinnal munaafiqeena la yafqahoon(QS. al-Munāfiq̈ūn:7)
English / Sahih Translation:
They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they disband." And to Allah belong the depositories of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand. (QS. Al-Munafiqun, ayah 7)

They are those who say, “Do not spend on those who are with Allah’s Messenger until they disperse. And to Allah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.

They are the ones who say ˹to one another˺, “Do not spend ˹anything˺ on those ˹emigrants˺ with the Messenger of Allah so that they will break away ˹from him˺.” But to Allah ˹alone˺ belong the treasuries of the heavens and the earth, yet the hypocrites do not comprehend.

They are the ones who say, "Spend nothing on those who are with Allah's Messenger, to the end that they may disperse (and quit Medina)." But to Allah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth; but the Hypocrites understand not.

It is they who say: “Give nothing to those who are with the Messenger of Allah so that they may disperse.” (They say so although) the treasures of the heavens and the earth belong to Allah. But the hypocrites do not understand.

They are the ones who say: "Do not spend on those who are with the Apostle of God till they break away (from him)." To God belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth; but the hypocrites do not understand.

It is they who say, “Do not spend upon those who are with Allah’s Noble Messenger until they get distraught”; whereas to Allah only belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not have sense.

They are the ones who say, ‘Do not spend on those who are with the Apostle of Allah until they scatter off [from around him].’ Yet to Allah belong the treasuries of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.

It is they who say (to their comrades): "Do not spend on those (impoverished Muslims) who are with God’s Messenger, so that they may disperse (from around him)." But the treasures of the heavens and the earth belong to God (Who provides for whom He wills as He wills, so the hypocrites have no power to withhold anything from those impoverished Muslims). But the hypocrites do not grasp this (being incapable of truth).

They are a people who say, `Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allâh until they (are obliged to) disperse (and desert him). Yet the treasures of the heavens and the earth belong to Allâh, but the hypocrites do not understand (it).
English Literal
They are those who say: "Do not spend on whom (is) at God`s messenger, until they scatter/separate And to God (are) the skies`/space`s and the earth`s/Planet Earth`s safes/storages (treasures), and but the hypocrites do not understand/learn .

It is they who say, “Do not spend upon those who are with Allah’s Noble Messenger until they get distraught”; whereas to Allah only belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not have sense.

It is they who say: “Do not spend anything on those who side with God’s Messenger, unless they have dispersed.” To God belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.
Tafsir jalalayn
They are the ones who say, to their companions from among the Helpers; `Do not expend on those who are with the Messenger of God, from among the Emigrants, until they scatter off', until they part with him. Yet to God belong the treasuries of the heavens and the earth, with [what they contain of] provision, and so He is the provider for the Emigrants and others, but the hypocrites do not understand.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
They are the ones who say;
"Spend not on those who are with Allah's Messenger, until they desert him."
And to Allah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites comprehend not.
يَقُولُونَ لَيِن رَّجَعْنَا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ لَيُخْرِجَنَّ الاَْعَزُّ مِنْهَا الاَْذَلَّ
وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُوْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
