Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Jumu'ah Verse 1
Al-Jumu'ah [62]: 1 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
يُسَبِّحُ لِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوْسِ الْعَزِيْزِ الْحَكِيْمِ (الجمعة : ٦٢)

Transliteration:
Yusabbihu lilaahi maa fis samaawaati wa maa fil ardil Malikil Quddoosil 'Azeezil Hakeem(QS. al-Jumuʿah:1)
English / Sahih Translation:
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allah, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. (QS. Al-Jumu'ah, ayah 1)

Tafsir jalalayn
All that is the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifies God, [all] proclaims His transcendence (the lm [of li'Llhi] is extra; m is used instead of min in order to indicate the predominance [of non-rational beings]), the King, the Holy, the One Who transcends what does not befit Him, the Mighty, the Wise, in His kingdom and in His actions.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Allah the Exalted said,
يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الاَْرْضِ
Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allah --
Everything praises and glorifies Allah. Allah states that everything in the heavens and the earth glorifies His praises, including all types of living creatures and inanimate objects.
Allah the Exalted said in another Ayah,
وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلاَّ يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدَهِ
Glorify Him and there is not a thing but glorifies His praise. (17;44)
Allah said,
الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ
the King, the Holy,
meaning that He is the Owner and King of the heavens and the earth Who has perfect control over their affairs.
He is the Holy, free of all shortcomings, His attributes are perfect,
الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيم
the Almighty, the All-Wise.
