Al-Qur'an Surah Al-An'am Verse 3
Al-An'am [6]: 3 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
وَهُوَ اللّٰهُ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَفِى الْاَرْضِۗ يَعْلَمُ سِرَّكُمْ وَجَهْرَكُمْ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُوْنَ (الأنعام : ٦)
- wahuwa
- وَهُوَ
- And He
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- (is) Allah
- fī
- فِى
- in
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- the heavens
- wafī
- وَفِى
- and in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِۖ
- the earth
- yaʿlamu
- يَعْلَمُ
- He knows
- sirrakum
- سِرَّكُمْ
- your secret
- wajahrakum
- وَجَهْرَكُمْ
- and what you make public
- wayaʿlamu
- وَيَعْلَمُ
- and He knows
- mā
- مَا
- what
- taksibūna
- تَكْسِبُونَ
- you earn
Transliteration:
Wa Huwal laahu fissamaawaati wa fil ardi ya'lamu sirrakum wa jahrakum wa ya'lamu maa taksiboon(QS. al-ʾAnʿām:3)
English / Sahih Translation:
And He is Allah, [the only deity] in the heavens and the earth. He knows your secret and what you make public, and He knows that which you earn. (QS. Al-An'am, ayah 3)

Tafsir jalalayn
He is God, the One worthy of being worshipped, in the heavens and in the earth. He knows your secrets and your utterance, what you keep secret and what you utter openly among yourselves, and He knows what you earn, what you do of good and evil.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
And He is Allah in the heavens and the earth, He knows what you conceal and what you reveal, and He knows what you earn.
Meaning, it is He Who is called Allah, throughout the heavens and the earth, that is, it is He who is worshipped, singled out, whose divinity is believed in by the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth. They call Him Allah, and they supplicate to Him in fear and hope, except those who disbelieve among the Jinns and mankind.
In another Ayah, Allah said;
وَهُوَ الَّذِى فِى السَّمأءِ إِلَـهٌ وَفِى الاٌّرْضِ إِلَـهٌ
It is He Who is God in the heavens and the earth. (43;84)
meaning, He is the God of those in heaven and those on earth, and He knows all affairs, public and secret.
وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُونَ
And He knows what you earn.
