ثُمَّ اِنَّكُمْ اَيُّهَا الضَّاۤ لُّوْنَ الْمُكَذِّبُوْنَۙ ٥١
- thumma

- إِنَّكُمْ
- indeed you
- ayyuhā
- أَيُّهَا
- O those astray!
- l-ḍālūna
- ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
- O those astray!
- l-mukadhibūna
- ٱلْمُكَذِّبُونَ
- the deniers
Then indeed you, O those astray [who are] deniers, (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 51)Tafsir
52
لَاٰكِلُوْنَ مِنْ شَجَرٍ مِّنْ زَقُّوْمٍۙ ٥٢
- laākilūna
- لَءَاكِلُونَ
- Will surely eat
- min
- مِن
- from
- shajarin
- شَجَرٍ
- (the) tree
- min
- مِّن
- of
- zaqqūmin
- زَقُّومٍ
- Zaqqum
Will be eating from trees of zaqqum (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 52)Tafsir
53
فَمَالِـُٔوْنَ مِنْهَا الْبُطُوْنَۚ ٥٣
- famāliūna
- فَمَالِـُٔونَ
- Then will fill
- min'hā
- مِنْهَا
- with it
- l-buṭūna
- ٱلْبُطُونَ
- the bellies
And filling with it your bellies (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 53)Tafsir
54
فَشَارِبُوْنَ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْحَمِيْمِۚ ٥٤
- fashāribūna
- فَشَٰرِبُونَ
- And drink
- ʿalayhi
- عَلَيْهِ
- over it
- mina
- مِنَ
- [from]
- l-ḥamīmi
- ٱلْحَمِيمِ
- the scalding water
And drinking on top of it from scalding water. (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 54)Tafsir
55
فَشَارِبُوْنَ شُرْبَ الْهِيْمِۗ ٥٥
- fashāribūna
- فَشَٰرِبُونَ
- And will drink
- shur'ba
- شُرْبَ
- (as) drinking
- l-hīmi
- ٱلْهِيمِ
- (of) the thirsty camels"
And will drink as the drinking of thirsty camels. (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 55)Tafsir
56
هٰذَا نُزُلُهُمْ يَوْمَ الدِّيْنِۗ ٥٦
- hādhā
- هَٰذَا
- This
- nuzuluhum
- نُزُلُهُمْ
- (is) their hospitality
- yawma
- يَوْمَ
- (on the) Day
- l-dīni
- ٱلدِّينِ
- (of) Judgment
That is their accommodation on the Day of Recompense. (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 56)Tafsir
57
نَحْنُ خَلَقْنٰكُمْ فَلَوْلَا تُصَدِّقُوْنَ ٥٧
- naḥnu
- نَحْنُ
- We
- khalaqnākum
- خَلَقْنَٰكُمْ
- [We] created you
- falawlā
- فَلَوْلَا
- so why (do) not
- tuṣaddiqūna
- تُصَدِّقُونَ
- you admit the truth?
We have created you, so why do you not believe? (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 57)Tafsir
58
اَفَرَءَيْتُمْ مَّا تُمْنُوْنَۗ ٥٨
- afara-aytum
- أَفَرَءَيْتُم
- Do you see
- mā
- مَّا
- what
- tum'nūna
- تُمْنُونَ
- you emit?
Have you seen that which you emit? (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 58)Tafsir
59
ءَاَنْتُمْ تَخْلُقُوْنَهٗٓ اَمْ نَحْنُ الْخَالِقُوْنَ ٥٩
- a-antum
- ءَأَنتُمْ
- Is it you
- takhluqūnahu
- تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ
- who create it
- am
- أَمْ
- or
- naḥnu
- نَحْنُ
- (are) We
- l-khāliqūna
- ٱلْخَٰلِقُونَ
- the Creators?
Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator? (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 59)Tafsir
60
نَحْنُ قَدَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ الْمَوْتَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوْقِيْنَۙ ٦٠
- naḥnu
- نَحْنُ
- We
- qaddarnā
- قَدَّرْنَا
- [We] have decreed
- baynakumu
- بَيْنَكُمُ
- among you
- l-mawta
- ٱلْمَوْتَ
- the death
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and not
- naḥnu
- نَحْنُ
- We
- bimasbūqīna
- بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
- (are) outrun
We have decreed death among you, and We are not to be outdone (QS. [56] Al-Waqi'ah: 60)Tafsir
