Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Qamar Verse 47

Al-Qamar [54]: 47 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer

اِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِيْنَ فِيْ ضَلٰلٍ وَّسُعُرٍۘ (القمر : ٥٤)

inna
إِنَّ
Indeed
l-muj'rimīna
ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
the criminals
فِى
(are) in
ḍalālin
ضَلَٰلٍ
an error
wasuʿurin
وَسُعُرٍ
and madness

Transliteration:

Innal mujrimeena fee dalaalinw wa su'ur (QS. al-Q̈amar:47)

English / Sahih Translation:

Indeed, the criminals are in error and madness.. (QS. Al-Qamar, ayah 47)

The Destination of the Criminals

Allah the Exalted states,

إِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِينَ فِي ضَلَلٍ وَسُعُرٍ



Verily, the criminals are in error and will burn.

the criminals are misguided away from the truth and engulfed in confusion, because of the doubts and uncertainty they are in. This description befits every disbeliever and innovator of all types and forms of sects.
