Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Qamar Verse 25
Al-Qamar [54]: 25 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
ءَاُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْۢ بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ اَشِرٌ (القمر : ٥٤)

Transliteration:
'A-ulqiyaz zikru 'alaihi mim baininaa bal huwa kazzaabun ashir(QS. al-Q̈amar:25)
English / Sahih Translation:
Has the message been sent down upon him from among us? Rather, he is an insolent liar." (QS. Al-Qamar, ayah 25)

Tafsir jalalayn
Has the Reminder, the revelation, been cast (read a-ulqiya pronouncing both hamzas, or by not pronouncing the second one but in both cases inserting an intervening alif, or leaving this [insertion] out) upon him [alone] from among us?, in other words, nothing has been revealed to him. Nay, but he is a conceited, an arrogant and insolent, liar, in his saying that the mentioned has been revealed to him. God, exalted be He, says;
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
أَوُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِن بَيْنِنَا
"Is it that the Reminder is sent to him alone from among us?
بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ
Nay, he is an insolent liar!
means, he has trespassed the limits in his lies.
Allah the Exalted responded,
سَيَعْلَمُونَ غَدًا مَّنِ الْكَذَّابُ الاَْشِرُ
