Al-Qur'an Surah Adh-Dhariyat Verse 52
Adh-Dhariyat [51]: 52 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
كَذٰلِكَ مَآ اَتَى الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ مِّنْ رَّسُوْلٍ اِلَّا قَالُوْا سَاحِرٌ اَوْ مَجْنُوْنٌ (الذاريات : ٥١)

Transliteration:
Kazaalika maaa atal lazeena min qablihim mir Rasoolin illaa qaaloo saahirun aw majnoon(QS. aḏ-Ḏāriyāt:52)
English / Sahih Translation:
Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." (QS. Adh-Dhariyat, ayah 52)

Tafsir jalalayn
Thus there did not come to those who were before them any messenger but they said, that he was; `A sorcerer, or a madman!', in other words, their denial of you, by saying that you are a sorcerer or a madman, was like the denial of communities before them of their messengers by saying that [same thing].
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
All Messengers met the Same Type of Denial from Their Nations
Allah comforts His Prophet by saying to Him, `just as these idolators denied you, the disbelievers of old used the same words with their Messengers,'
كَذَلِكَ مَا أَتَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلاَّ قَالُوا سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ
Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them but they said;"A sorcerer or a madman!"
Allah the Exalted and Most Honored said
