وَفِي السَّمَاء رِزْقُكُمْ

And in the heaven is your provision, (meaning, rain),

وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ



and that which you are promised.

meaning Paradise.

This was said by Ibn Abbas, Mujahid and several others.

Allah said;

فَوَرَبِّ السَّمَاء وَالاَْرْضِ إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِّثْلَ مَا أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ
