Al-Qur'an Surah Ad-Dukhan Verse 58
Ad-Dukhan [44]: 58 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
فَاِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنٰهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُوْنَ (الدخان : ٤٤)
- fa-innamā
- فَإِنَّمَا
- Indeed
- yassarnāhu
- يَسَّرْنَٰهُ
- We have made it easy
- bilisānika
- بِلِسَانِكَ
- in your tongue
- laʿallahum
- لَعَلَّهُمْ
- so that they may
- yatadhakkarūna
- يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
- take heed
Transliteration:
Fa innamaa yassarnaahu bilisaanika la'allahum yatazakkaroon(QS. ad-Dukhān:58)
English / Sahih Translation:
And indeed, We have eased it [i.e., the Quran] in your tongue that they might be reminded. (QS. Ad-Dukhan, ayah 58)

For We have made it easy, We have facilitated the Qur'n, in your tongue, in your language, so that the Arabs may understand it from you, that perhaps they may remember, [that perhaps] they may be admonished and become believers -- but they do not believe.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Certainly, We have made this easy in your tongue, in order that they may remember.
means, `We have made this Qur'an, which We have sent down, easy, plain and clear, in your language which is the most eloquent, clear and beautiful of all languages.'
لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
in order that they may remember.
means, in order that they may understand and know. Despite the fact that it is so plain and clear, there are still people who disbelieve, who stubbornly go against it. Allah says to His Messenger, consoling him and promising him victory, and warning those who reject him that they will be destroyed.
فَارْتَقِبْ إِنَّهُم مُّرْتَقِبُونَ
