Al-Qur'an Surah Ad-Dukhan Verse 54
Ad-Dukhan [44]: 54 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
كَذٰلِكَۗ وَزَوَّجْنٰهُمْ بِحُوْرٍ عِيْنٍۗ (الدخان : ٤٤)
- kadhālika
- كَذَٰلِكَ
- Thus
- wazawwajnāhum
- وَزَوَّجْنَٰهُم
- And We will marry them
- biḥūrin
- بِحُورٍ
- (to) companions with beautiful eyes
- ʿīnin
- عِينٍ
- (to) companions with beautiful eyes
Transliteration:
Kazaalika wa zawwajnaahum bihoorin 'een(QS. ad-Dukhān:54)
English / Sahih Translation:
Thus. And We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes. (QS. Ad-Dukhan, ayah 54)

Tafsir jalalayn
So [shall it be] (an implied al-amru, `the matter', should be read as preceding this); and We shall pair them, either in conjugality or [meaning] We shall join them, with houris of beautiful eyes, women of the fairest complexion with wide and beautiful eyes.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
So (it will be).
And We shall marry them to Hur (fair females) with wide lovely eyes,
This will be a gift in addition to the beautiful wives given to them.
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَأنٌّ
with whom no man or Jinn has had Tamth (sexual intercourse) before them. (55;56)
كَأَنَّهُنَّ الْيَاقُوتُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ
(In beauty) they are like rubies and Marjan. (55;58)
هَلْ جَزَاءُ الاِحْسَـنِ إِلاَّ الاِحْسَـنُ
Is there any reward for good other than good. (55;60)
يَدْعُونَ فِيهَا بِكُلِّ فَاكِهَةٍ امِنِينَ
