These people say,

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

Indeed, these ˹Meccans˺ say,

Ruwwad Translation Center

Indeed, these [Makkans] say,

A. J. Arberry

These men do say,

Abdul Haleem

These people here assert,

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

Verily these! they say:

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

As to these (Quraish), they say forsooth;

Abul Ala Maududi

Indeed these people say:

Ahmed Ali

Even then they say:

Ahmed Raza Khan

Indeed these disbelievers proclaim; –

Ali Quli Qarai

These ones say,

Ali Ünal

Yet these (Makkan polytheist) people say with emphasis:

Amatul Rahman Omar

These people (of this time) do say,

English Literal

That truly those say (E):

Faridul Haque

Indeed these disbelievers proclaim; -

Hamid S. Aziz

Lo! These (the pagan Arabs) say,

Hilali & Khan

Verily, these (Quraish) people are saying:

Maulana Mohammad Ali

And We gave them signs wherein was clear blessing.

Mohammad Habib Shakir

Most surely these do say:

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

Lo! these, forsooth, are saying:

Muhammad Sarwar

These people say,

Qaribullah & Darwish

Yet these say:

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Verily, these people are saying:

Wahiduddin Khan

Yet those who deny the truth say,

Talal Itani

These people say.

Tafsir jalalayn

Indeed these ones, that is, the Meccan disbelievers, say,

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

Refutation of Those Who deny the Resurrection

Allah says,

إِنَّ هَوُلَاء لَيَقُولُونَ



إِنْ هِيَ إِلاَّ مَوْتَتُنَا الاُْولَى وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُنشَرِينَ
