Indeed, those who inject deviation into Our verses are not concealed from Us. So, is he who is cast into the Fire better or he who comes secure on the Day of Resurrection? Do whatever you will; indeed, He is Seeing of what you do. (QS. Fussilat, ayah 40)
Mufti Taqi Usmani
Surely those who adopt perversity about Our verses are not hidden from Us. So, tell me which one is better: the one who is thrown into the Fire, or the one who will come safely on the Day of Judgment? Do whatever you wish. He is watchful of whatever you do.
Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
Indeed, those who abuse Our revelations[[ This refers to the noise the disbelievers used to make when the Quran was recited (see {41:26}), or those who twist the meaning of Quranic passages and take them out of context. ]] are not hidden from Us. Who is better: the one who will be cast into the Fire or the one who will be secure on Judgment Day? Do whatever you want. He is certainly All-Seeing of what you do.

Surely, those who follow crooked ways regarding Our teachings, are not hidden from Us. (Now after this clarification you are free to) do what you will but (remember) He keeps a keen watch over all that you do.
English Literal
That truly those who deviate, insult and defame God in Our verses/evidences/signs, they are not hidden on (from) Us. Is who is being thrown in the fire better or who comes safe/secure (on) the Resurrection Day? Make/do what you willed/wanted, that He truly is with what you make/do seeing/knowing .

Indeed those who blaspheme (yulhidna derives from [the verb] alhada, or lahada, `he blasphemed') Our signs -- the Qur'n, by denying [its truth] -- are not hidden from Us, and We will requite them. Is one who is cast into the Fire better [off], or one who arrives secure on the Day of Resurrection? Act as you wish; indeed He is Seer of what you do -- this is [meant as] a threat for them.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
The Punishment of the Deniers and the Description of the Qur'an
Allah says,
Verily, Yulhiduna Fi Our Ayat,
Ibn Abbas said,
"Al-Ilhad means putting words in their improper places."
Qatadah and others said,
"It means disbelief and obstinate behavior."
are not hidden from Us.
This is a stern warning and dire threat, stating that He, may He be exalted, knows who denies His signs, Names and attributes, and He will punish them for that.
He says;
Is he who is cast into the Fire better or he who comes secure on the Day of Resurrection?
means, are these two equal?
They are not equal.
Then Allah warns the disbelievers;
Do what you will.
Mujahid, Ad-Dahhak and `Ata' Al-Khurasani said that
(Do what you will), is a threat. Meaning, `do what you will of good or evil, for He knows and sees all that you do.'
He says;
Verily, He is All-Seer of what you do.
