Al-Qur'an Surah Ghafir Verse 40
Ghafir [40]: 40 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
مَنْ عَمِلَ سَيِّئَةً فَلَا يُجْزٰىٓ اِلَّا مِثْلَهَاۚ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِّنْ ذَكَرٍ اَوْ اُنْثٰى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ يَدْخُلُوْنَ الْجَنَّةَ يُرْزَقُوْنَ فِيْهَا بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ (غافر : ٤٠)

Transliteration:
Man 'amila saiyi'atan falaa yujzaaa illaa mislahaa wa man 'amila saaliham min zakarin aw unsaa wa huwa mu'minun fa ulaaa'ika yadkhuloonal Jannata yurzaqoona feehaa bighairi hisaab(QS. Ghāfir:40)
English / Sahih Translation:
Whoever does an evil deed will not be recompensed except by the like thereof; but whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer – those will enter Paradise, being given provision therein without account. (QS. Ghafir, ayah 40)

The one who does something evil will not be punished but in its equal proportion, but the one who does a righteous deed, be he male or female, while he is a believer, then, such people will enter the Jannah (Paradise) where they will be provided with bounties beyond reckoning.

Who made/did a sin/crime so (he) will not be reimbursed except equal/alike to it, and who made/did correct/righteous deeds from a male or a female, and he is believing, so those they enter the Paradise, (they are) being provided for in it, without account/calculation.

Whoever commits an evil deed shall not be requited except with the like of it; but whoever acts righteously, whether male or female, and is a believer -- such shall be admitted into Paradise (read [passive] yudkhalna, or the opposite [active yadkhulna, `they shall enter') wherein they will be provided without any reckoning, an abundant provision, [given to them] unconditionally.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
مَنْ عَمِلَ سَيِّيَةً فَلَ يُجْزَى إِلاَّ مِثْلَهَا
Whosoever does an evil deed, will not be requited except the like thereof; (means, one like it).
وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَى وَهُوَ مُوْمِنٌ فَأُوْلَيِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ يُرْزَقُونَ فِيهَا بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
and whosoever does a righteous deed, whether male or female and is a true believer, such will enter Paradise, where they will be provided therein without limit.
means, the reward cannot be enumerated, but Allah will give an immense reward without end. And Allah is the Guide to the straight path
