Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nisa Verse 63
An-Nisa [4]: 63 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
اُولٰۤىِٕكَ الَّذِيْنَ يَعْلَمُ اللّٰهُ مَا فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ فَاَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَعِظْهُمْ وَقُلْ لَّهُمْ فِيْٓ اَنْفُسِهِمْ قَوْلًا ۢ بَلِيْغًا (النساء : ٤)

Transliteration:
Ulaaa'ikal lazeena ya'la mullaahu maa fee quloobihim fa a'rid 'anhum wa 'izhum wa qul lahum feee anfusihim qawlam baleeghaa(QS. an-Nisāʾ:63)
English / Sahih Translation:
Those are the ones of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away from them but admonish them and speak to them a far-reaching [i.e., effective] word. (QS. An-Nisa, ayah 63)
Mufti Taqi Usmani
Those are the ones Allah knows what is in their hearts. So, ignore them, and give them good counsel, and speak to them about themselves in appealing words.

English Literal
Those are, those who God knows what (is) in their hearts/minds, so object/oppose from them, and preach/advise/warn them , and say to them in themselves an eloquent/sufficient saying.

Tafsir jalalayn
Those -- God knows what is in their hearts, in the way of hypocrisy and the mendacity of their excuses; so turn away from them, with forgiveness, and admonish them, make them fear God, and say to them regarding, the issue of, their souls penetrating words, affecting them, in other words, reprimand them so that they repent of their unbelief.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
أُولَـيِكَ الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُ اللّهُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ
They (hypocrites) are those of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts;
These people are hypocrites, and Allah knows what is in their hearts and will punish them accordingly, for nothing escapes Allah's watch.
Consequently, O Muhammad! Let Allah be sufficient for you in this regard, because He has perfect knowledge of their apparent and hidden affairs.
This is why Allah said,
فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ
so turn aside from them (do not punish them),
meaning, do not punish them because of what is in their hearts.
وَعِظْهُمْ
but admonish them,
means, advise them against the hypocrisy and evil that reside in their hearts.
وَقُل لَّهُمْ فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ قَوْلاً بَلِيغًا
and speak to them an effective word to reach their inner selves.
advise them, between you and them, using effective words that might benefit them
