وَسِيْقَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْٓا اِلٰى جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا ۗحَتّٰىٓ اِذَا جَاۤءُوْهَا فُتِحَتْ اَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَآ اَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنْكُمْ يَتْلُوْنَ عَلَيْكُمْ اٰيٰتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنْذِرُوْنَكُمْ لِقَاۤءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هٰذَا ۗقَالُوْا بَلٰى وَلٰكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ٧١
- wasīqa
- وَسِيقَ
- And (will) be driven
- alladhīna
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- those who
- kafarū
- كَفَرُوٓا۟
- disbelieve
- ilā
- إِلَىٰ
- to
- jahannama
- جَهَنَّمَ
- Hell
- zumaran
- زُمَرًاۖ
- (in) groups
- ḥattā
- حَتَّىٰٓ
- until
- idhā
- إِذَا
- when
- jāūhā
- جَآءُوهَا
- they reach it
- futiḥat
- فُتِحَتْ
- (will) be opened
- abwābuhā
- أَبْوَٰبُهَا
- its gates
- waqāla
- وَقَالَ
- and (will) say
- lahum
- لَهُمْ
- to them
- khazanatuhā
- خَزَنَتُهَآ
- its keepers
- alam
- أَلَمْ
- "Did not
- yatikum
- يَأْتِكُمْ
- come to you
- rusulun
- رُسُلٌ
- Messengers
- minkum
- مِّنكُمْ
- from you
- yatlūna
- يَتْلُونَ
- reciting
- ʿalaykum
- عَلَيْكُمْ
- to you
- āyāti
- ءَايَٰتِ
- (the) Verses
- rabbikum
- رَبِّكُمْ
- (of) your Lord
- wayundhirūnakum
- وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ
- and warning you
- liqāa
- لِقَآءَ
- (of the) meeting
- yawmikum
- يَوْمِكُمْ
- (of) your Day
- hādhā
- هَٰذَاۚ
- this?"
- qālū
- قَالُوا۟
- They (will) say
- balā
- بَلَىٰ
- "Nay!"
- walākin
- وَلَٰكِنْ
- But
- ḥaqqat
- حَقَّتْ
- has been justified
- kalimatu
- كَلِمَةُ
- (the) word
- l-ʿadhābi
- ٱلْعَذَابِ
- (of) punishment
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- against
- l-kāfirīna
- ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
- the disbelievers
And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups until, when they reach it, its gates are opened and its keepers will say, "Did there not come to you messengers from yourselves, reciting to you the verses of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say, "Yes, but the word [i.e., decree] of punishment has come into effect upon the disbelievers." (QS. [39] Az-Zumar: 71)Tafsir
قِيْلَ ادْخُلُوْٓا اَبْوَابَ جَهَنَّمَ خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا ۚفَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِيْنَ ٧٢
- qīla
- قِيلَ
- It will be said
- ud'khulū
- ٱدْخُلُوٓا۟
- "Enter
- abwāba
- أَبْوَٰبَ
- (the) gates
- jahannama
- جَهَنَّمَ
- (of) Hell
- khālidīna
- خَٰلِدِينَ
- (to) abide eternally
- fīhā
- فِيهَاۖ
- therein
- fabi'sa
- فَبِئْسَ
- and wretched is
- mathwā
- مَثْوَى
- (the) abode
- l-mutakabirīna
- ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ
- (of) the arrogant"
[To them] it will be said, "Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant." (QS. [39] Az-Zumar: 72)Tafsir
وَسِيْقَ الَّذِيْنَ اتَّقَوْا رَبَّهُمْ اِلَى الْجَنَّةِ زُمَرًا ۗحَتّٰىٓ اِذَا جَاۤءُوْهَا وَفُتِحَتْ اَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا سَلٰمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ طِبْتُمْ فَادْخُلُوْهَا خٰلِدِيْنَ ٧٣
- wasīqa
- وَسِيقَ
- And (will) be driven
- alladhīna
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- those who
- ittaqaw
- ٱتَّقَوْا۟
- feared
- rabbahum
- رَبَّهُمْ
- their Lord
- ilā
- إِلَى
- to
- l-janati
- ٱلْجَنَّةِ
- Paradise
- zumaran
- زُمَرًاۖ
- (in) groups
- ḥattā
- حَتَّىٰٓ
- until
- idhā
- إِذَا
- when
- jāūhā
- جَآءُوهَا
- they reach it
- wafutiḥat
- وَفُتِحَتْ
- and (will) be opened
- abwābuhā
- أَبْوَٰبُهَا
- its gates
- waqāla
- وَقَالَ
- and (will) say
- lahum
- لَهُمْ
- to them
- khazanatuhā
- خَزَنَتُهَا
- its keepers
- salāmun
- سَلَٰمٌ
- "Peace be
- ʿalaykum
- عَلَيْكُمْ
- upon you
- ṭib'tum
- طِبْتُمْ
- you have done well
- fa-ud'khulūhā
- فَٱدْخُلُوهَا
- so enter it
- khālidīna
- خَٰلِدِينَ
- (to) abide eternally"
But those who feared their Lord will be driven to Paradise in groups until, when they reach it while its gates have been opened and its keepers say, "Peace be upon you; you have become pure; so enter it to abide eternally therein," [they will enter]. (QS. [39] Az-Zumar: 73)Tafsir
وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ صَدَقَنَا وَعْدَهٗ وَاَوْرَثَنَا الْاَرْضَ نَتَبَوَّاُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ حَيْثُ نَشَاۤءُ ۚفَنِعْمَ اَجْرُ الْعٰمِلِيْنَ ٧٤
- waqālū
- وَقَالُوا۟
- And they will say
- l-ḥamdu
- ٱلْحَمْدُ
- "All praise
- lillahi
- لِلَّهِ
- (be) to Allah
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِى
- Who
- ṣadaqanā
- صَدَقَنَا
- has fulfilled for us
- waʿdahu
- وَعْدَهُۥ
- His promise
- wa-awrathanā
- وَأَوْرَثَنَا
- and has made us inherit
- l-arḍa
- ٱلْأَرْضَ
- the earth
- natabawwa-u
- نَتَبَوَّأُ
- we may settle
- mina
- مِنَ
- in
- l-janati
- ٱلْجَنَّةِ
- Paradise
- ḥaythu
- حَيْثُ
- wherever
- nashāu
- نَشَآءُۖ
- we will
- faniʿ'ma
- فَنِعْمَ
- So excellent is
- ajru
- أَجْرُ
- (the) reward
- l-ʿāmilīna
- ٱلْعَٰمِلِينَ
- (of) the workers"
And they will say, "Praise to Allah, who has fulfilled for us His promise and made us inherit the earth [so] we may settle in Paradise wherever we will. And excellent is the reward of [righteous] workers." (QS. [39] Az-Zumar: 74)Tafsir
وَتَرَى الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةَ حَاۤفِّيْنَ مِنْ حَوْلِ الْعَرْشِ يُسَبِّحُوْنَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْۚ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَقِيْلَ الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ ࣖ ٧٥
- watarā
- وَتَرَى
- And you will see
- l-malāikata
- ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
- the Angels
- ḥāffīna
- حَآفِّينَ
- surrounding
- min
- مِنْ
- [from]
- ḥawli
- حَوْلِ
- around
- l-ʿarshi
- ٱلْعَرْشِ
- the Throne
- yusabbiḥūna
- يُسَبِّحُونَ
- glorifying
- biḥamdi
- بِحَمْدِ
- (the) praise
- rabbihim
- رَبِّهِمْۖ
- (of) their Lord
- waquḍiya
- وَقُضِىَ
- And (will) be judged
- baynahum
- بَيْنَهُم
- between them
- bil-ḥaqi
- بِٱلْحَقِّ
- in truth
- waqīla
- وَقِيلَ
- and it will be said
- l-ḥamdu
- ٱلْحَمْدُ
- "All praise be
- lillahi
- لِلَّهِ
- to Allah
- rabbi
- رَبِّ
- (the) Lord
- l-ʿālamīna
- ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
- (of) the worlds"
And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, exalting [Allah] with praise of their Lord. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds." (QS. [39] Az-Zumar: 75)Tafsir
