Sad [38]: 50 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer

جَنّٰتِ عَدْنٍ مُّفَتَّحَةً لَّهُمُ الْاَبْوَابُۚ (ص : ٣٨)

Transliteration:

Jannaati 'adnim mufat tahatal lahumul abwaab (QS. Ṣād:50)

English / Sahih Translation:

Gardens of perpetual residence, whose doors will be opened to them. (QS. Sad, ayah 50)

Tafsir jalalayn

Gardens of Eden (jannti `Adnin is either a substitution for, or an explicative supplement to, husna ma'bin, `a fair return') whose gates are [flung] open for them;

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ
`Adn Gardens),

meaning, eternal gardens (of Paradise),

مُّفَتَّحَةً لَّهُمُ الاَْبْوَابُ



whose doors will be opened for them.

means, when they come to them (these gardens), their gates will open for them
