Al-Qur'an Surah As-Saffat Verse 70
As-Saffat [37]: 70 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
فَهُمْ عَلٰٓى اٰثٰرِهِمْ يُهْرَعُوْنَ (الصافات : ٣٧)
- fahum
- فَهُمْ
- So they
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰٓ
- on
- āthārihim
- ءَاثَٰرِهِمْ
- their footsteps
- yuh'raʿūna
- يُهْرَعُونَ
- they hastened
Transliteration:
Fahum 'alaa aasaarihim yuhra'oon(QS. aṣ-Ṣāffāt:70)
English / Sahih Translation:
So they hastened [to follow] in their footsteps. (QS. As-Saffat, ayah 70)

"They followed ignorance and foolishness.
