Al-Qur'an Surah As-Saffat Verse 60
As-Saffat [37]: 60 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيْمُ (الصافات : ٣٧)
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- hādhā
- هَٰذَا
- this
- lahuwa
- لَهُوَ
- surely
- l-fawzu
- ٱلْفَوْزُ
- (is) the attainment
- l-ʿaẓīmu
- ٱلْعَظِيمُ
- great
Transliteration:
Inna haazaa falya'ma lil'aamiloon(QS. aṣ-Ṣāffāt:60)
English / Sahih Translation:
Indeed, this is the great attainment. (QS. As-Saffat, ayah 60)

"They know that death brings an end to every delight, so they will say,
أَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ
إِلاَّ مَوْتَتَنَا الاُْولَى وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
Are we then not to die Except our first death, and we shall not be punished.
It will be said, "No,
إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
(Truly, this is the supreme success!)."
لِمِثْلِ هَذَا فَلْيَعْمَلْ الْعَامِلُونَ
