Al-Qur'an Surah As-Saffat Verse 170

But (now) they have disbelieved in this (Book, the Qur´ân when it has come to them). So they will soon come to know (the consequences of their disbelief).

English Literal

So they disbelieved with (in) Him, so they will know.

Faridul Haque

They therefore denied it, so they will soon come to know.

But (now that it is come) they disbelieve in it; but they will come to know.

But (now that the Quran has come) they disbelieve therein (i.e. in the Quran and in Prophet Muhammad SAW, and all that which he brought, the Divine Revelation), so they will come to know!

God, exalted be He, says; Yet they disbelieved in it, in other words, in the Book that came to them, namely, the Qur'n, more glorious than [all] those other scriptures; but they will come to know, the consequences of their disbelief.

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

But they disbelieve therein, so they will come to know!

This is a definite and stern threat because of their disbelief in their Lord and their rejection of His Messenger
