اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِى الْمُحْسِنِيْنَ ١٣١
- innā
- إِنَّا
- Indeed We
- kadhālika
- كَذَٰلِكَ
- thus
- najzī
- نَجْزِى
- reward
- l-muḥ'sinīna
- ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
- the good-doers
Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 131)Tafsir
132
اِنَّهٗ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ١٣٢
- innahu
- إِنَّهُۥ
- Indeed he (was)
- min
- مِنْ
- of
- ʿibādinā
- عِبَادِنَا
- Our slaves
- l-mu'minīna
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- believing
Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 132)Tafsir

وَاِنَّ لُوْطًا لَّمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَۗ ١٣٣
- wa-inna
- وَإِنَّ
- And indeed
- lūṭan
- لُوطًا
- Lut
- lamina
- لَّمِنَ
- (was) of
- l-mur'salīna
- ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
- the Messengers
And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 133)Tafsir
134
اِذْ نَجَّيْنٰهُ وَاَهْلَهٗٓ اَجْمَعِيْۙنَ ١٣٤
- idh
- إِذْ
- When
- najjaynāhu
- نَجَّيْنَٰهُ
- We saved him
- wa-ahlahu
- وَأَهْلَهُۥٓ
- and his family
- ajmaʿīna
- أَجْمَعِينَ
- all
[So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 134)Tafsir
135
اِلَّا عَجُوْزًا فِى الْغٰبِرِيْنَ ١٣٥
- illā
- إِلَّا
- Except
- ʿajūzan
- عَجُوزًا
- an old woman
- fī
- فِى
- (was) among
- l-ghābirīna
- ٱلْغَٰبِرِينَ
- those who remained behind
Except an old woman [i.e., his wife] among those who remained [with the evildoers]. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 135)Tafsir
136
ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا الْاٰخَرِيْنَ ١٣٦
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- dammarnā
- دَمَّرْنَا
- We destroyed
- l-ākharīna
- ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ
- the others
Then We destroyed the others. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 136)Tafsir
137
وَاِنَّكُمْ لَتَمُرُّوْنَ عَلَيْهِمْ مُّصْبِحِيْنَۙ ١٣٧
- wa-innakum
- وَإِنَّكُمْ
- And indeed you
- latamurrūna
- لَتَمُرُّونَ
- surely pass
- ʿalayhim
- عَلَيْهِم
- by them
- muṣ'biḥīna
- مُّصْبِحِينَ
- (in the) morning
And indeed, you pass by them in the morning (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 137)Tafsir
138
وَبِالَّيْلِۗ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ ࣖ ١٣٨
- wabi-al-layli
- وَبِٱلَّيْلِۗ
- And at night
- afalā
- أَفَلَا
- Then will not
- taʿqilūna
- تَعْقِلُونَ
- you use reason?
And at night. Then will you not use reason? (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 138)Tafsir
139
وَاِنَّ يُوْنُسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَۗ ١٣٩
- wa-inna
- وَإِنَّ
- And indeed
- yūnusa
- يُونُسَ
- Yunus
- lamina
- لَمِنَ
- (was) surely of
- l-mur'salīna
- ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
- the Messengers
And indeed, Jonah was among the messengers. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 139)Tafsir

اِذْ اَبَقَ اِلَى الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُوْنِۙ ١٤٠
- idh
- إِذْ
- When
- abaqa
- أَبَقَ
- he ran away
- ilā
- إِلَى
- to
- l-ful'ki
- ٱلْفُلْكِ
- the ship
- l-mashḥūni
- ٱلْمَشْحُونِ
- laden
[Mention] when he ran away to the laden ship. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 140)Tafsir
