111
اِنَّهٗ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ١١١
- innahu
- إِنَّهُۥ
- Indeed he (was)
- min
- مِنْ
- of
- ʿibādinā
- عِبَادِنَا
- Our slaves
- l-mu'minīna
- ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- believing
Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 111)Tafsir
112
وَبَشَّرْنٰهُ بِاِسْحٰقَ نَبِيًّا مِّنَ الصّٰلِحِيْنَ ١١٢
- wabasharnāhu
- وَبَشَّرْنَٰهُ
- And We gave him glad tidings
- bi-is'ḥāqa
- بِإِسْحَٰقَ
- of Ishaq
- nabiyyan
- نَبِيًّا
- a Prophet
- mina
- مِّنَ
- among
- l-ṣāliḥīna
- ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
- the righteous
And We gave him good tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 112)Tafsir
113
وَبٰرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَعَلٰٓى اِسْحٰقَۗ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌ وَّظَالِمٌ لِّنَفْسِهٖ مُبِيْنٌ ࣖ ١١٣
- wabāraknā
- وَبَٰرَكْنَا
- And We blessed
- ʿalayhi
- عَلَيْهِ
- him
- waʿalā
- وَعَلَىٰٓ
- and [on]
- is'ḥāqa
- إِسْحَٰقَۚ
- Ishaq
- wamin
- وَمِن
- And of
- dhurriyyatihimā
- ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا
- their offspring
- muḥ'sinun
- مُحْسِنٌ
- (are) good-doers
- waẓālimun
- وَظَالِمٌ
- and unjust
- linafsihi
- لِّنَفْسِهِۦ
- to himself
- mubīnun
- مُبِينٌ
- clear
And We blessed him and Isaac. But among their descendants is the doer of good and the clearly unjust to himself [i.e., sinner]. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 113)Tafsir
114
وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلٰى مُوْسٰى وَهٰرُوْنَ ۚ ١١٤
- walaqad
- وَلَقَدْ
- And verily
- manannā
- مَنَنَّا
- We conferred Favor
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰ
- upon
- mūsā
- مُوسَىٰ
- Musa
- wahārūna
- وَهَٰرُونَ
- and Harun
And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 114)Tafsir
115
وَنَجَّيْنٰهُمَا وَقَوْمَهُمَا مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِيْمِۚ ١١٥
- wanajjaynāhumā
- وَنَجَّيْنَٰهُمَا
- And We saved both of them
- waqawmahumā
- وَقَوْمَهُمَا
- and their people
- mina
- مِنَ
- from
- l-karbi
- ٱلْكَرْبِ
- the distress
- l-ʿaẓīmi
- ٱلْعَظِيمِ
- the great
And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 115)Tafsir
116
وَنَصَرْنٰهُمْ فَكَانُوْا هُمُ الْغٰلِبِيْنَۚ ١١٦
- wanaṣarnāhum
- وَنَصَرْنَٰهُمْ
- And We helped them
- fakānū
- فَكَانُوا۟
- so they became
- humu
- هُمُ
- so they became
- l-ghālibīna
- ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ
- the victors
And We supported them so it was they who overcame. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 116)Tafsir
117
وَاٰتَيْنٰهُمَا الْكِتٰبَ الْمُسْتَبِيْنَ ۚ ١١٧
- waātaynāhumā
- وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُمَا
- And We gave both of them
- l-kitāba
- ٱلْكِتَٰبَ
- the Book
- l-mus'tabīna
- ٱلْمُسْتَبِينَ
- the clear
And We gave them the explicit Scripture [i.e., the Torah], (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 117)Tafsir
118
وَهَدَيْنٰهُمَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيْمَۚ ١١٨
- wahadaynāhumā
- وَهَدَيْنَٰهُمَا
- And We guided both of them
- l-ṣirāṭa
- ٱلصِّرَٰطَ
- (to) the Path
- l-mus'taqīma
- ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ
- the Straight
And We guided them on the straight path. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 118)Tafsir
119
وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِمَا فِى الْاٰخِرِيْنَ ۖ ١١٩
- wataraknā
- وَتَرَكْنَا
- And We left
- ʿalayhimā
- عَلَيْهِمَا
- for both of them
- fī
- فِى
- among
- l-ākhirīna
- ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ
- the later generations
And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 119)Tafsir
120
سَلٰمٌ عَلٰى مُوْسٰى وَهٰرُوْنَ ١٢٠
- salāmun
- سَلَٰمٌ
- "Peace be
- ʿalā
- عَلَىٰ
- upon
- mūsā
- مُوسَىٰ
- Musa
- wahārūna
- وَهَٰرُونَ
- and Harun"
"Peace upon Moses and Aaron." (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 120)Tafsir
