91
        
        فَرَاغَ اِلٰٓى اٰلِهَتِهِمْ فَقَالَ اَلَا تَأْكُلُوْنَۚ ٩١
- farāgha
 - فَرَاغَ
 - Then he turned
 
- ilā
 - إِلَىٰٓ
 - to
 
- ālihatihim
 - ءَالِهَتِهِمْ
 - their gods
 
- faqāla
 - فَقَالَ
 - and said
 
- alā
 - أَلَا
 - "Do not
 
- takulūna
 - تَأْكُلُونَ
 - you eat?
 
Then he turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat? (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 91)Tafsir
            92
        
        مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنْطِقُوْنَ ٩٢
- mā
 - مَا
 - What (is)
 
- lakum
 - لَكُمْ
 - for you
 
- lā
 - لَا
 - not
 
- tanṭiqūna
 - تَنطِقُونَ
 - you speak?"
 
What is [wrong] with you that you do not speak?". (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 92)Tafsir
            93
        
        فَرَاغَ عَلَيْهِمْ ضَرْبًا ۢبِالْيَمِيْنِ ٩٣
- farāgha
 - فَرَاغَ
 - Then he turned
 
- ʿalayhim
 - عَلَيْهِمْ
 - upon them
 
- ḍarban
 - ضَرْبًۢا
 - striking
 
- bil-yamīni
 - بِٱلْيَمِينِ
 - with his right hand
 
And he turned upon them a blow with [his] right hand. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 93)Tafsir
            94
        
        فَاَقْبَلُوْٓا اِلَيْهِ يَزِفُّوْنَ ٩٤
- fa-aqbalū
 - فَأَقْبَلُوٓا۟
 - Then they advanced
 
- ilayhi
 - إِلَيْهِ
 - towards him
 
- yaziffūna
 - يَزِفُّونَ
 - hastening
 
Then they [i.e., the people] came toward him, hastening. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 94)Tafsir
            95
        
        قَالَ اَتَعْبُدُوْنَ مَا تَنْحِتُوْنَۙ ٩٥
- qāla
 - قَالَ
 - He said
 
- ataʿbudūna
 - أَتَعْبُدُونَ
 - "Do you worship
 
- mā
 - مَا
 - what
 
- tanḥitūna
 - تَنْحِتُونَ
 - you carve
 
He said, "Do you worship that which you [yourselves] carve, (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 95)Tafsir
            96
        
        وَاللّٰهُ خَلَقَكُمْ وَمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ ٩٦
- wal-lahu
 - وَٱللَّهُ
 - While Allah
 
- khalaqakum
 - خَلَقَكُمْ
 - created you
 
- wamā
 - وَمَا
 - And what
 
- taʿmalūna
 - تَعْمَلُونَ
 - you make?"
 
While Allah created you and that which you do?" (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 96)Tafsir
            97
        
        قَالُوا ابْنُوْا لَهٗ بُنْيَانًا فَاَلْقُوْهُ فِى الْجَحِيْمِ ٩٧
- qālū
 - قَالُوا۟
 - They said
 
- ib'nū
 - ٱبْنُوا۟
 - "Build
 
- lahu
 - لَهُۥ
 - for him
 
- bun'yānan
 - بُنْيَٰنًا
 - a structure
 
- fa-alqūhu
 - فَأَلْقُوهُ
 - and throw him
 
- fī
 - فِى
 - into
 
- l-jaḥīmi
 - ٱلْجَحِيمِ
 - the blazing Fire"
 
They said, "Construct for him a structure [i.e., furnace] and throw him into the burning fire." (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 97)Tafsir
            98
        
        فَاَرَادُوْا بِهٖ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنٰهُمُ الْاَسْفَلِيْنَ ٩٨
- fa-arādū
 - فَأَرَادُوا۟
 - And they intended
 
- bihi
 - بِهِۦ
 - for him
 
- kaydan
 - كَيْدًا
 - a plot
 
- fajaʿalnāhumu
 - فَجَعَلْنَٰهُمُ
 - but We made them
 
- l-asfalīna
 - ٱلْأَسْفَلِينَ
 - the lowest
 
And they intended for him a plan [i.e., harm], but We made them the most debased. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 98)Tafsir
            99
        
        وَقَالَ اِنِّيْ ذَاهِبٌ اِلٰى رَبِّيْ سَيَهْدِيْنِ ٩٩
- waqāla
 - وَقَالَ
 - And he said
 
- innī
 - إِنِّى
 - "Indeed I am
 
- dhāhibun
 - ذَاهِبٌ
 - going
 
- ilā
 - إِلَىٰ
 - to
 
- rabbī
 - رَبِّى
 - my Lord
 
- sayahdīni
 - سَيَهْدِينِ
 - He will guide me
 
And [then] he said, "Indeed, I will go to [where I am ordered by] my Lord; He will guide me. (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 99)Tafsir
            100
        
        رَبِّ هَبْ لِيْ مِنَ الصّٰلِحِيْنَ ١٠٠
- rabbi
 - رَبِّ
 - My Lord
 
- hab
 - هَبْ
 - grant
 
- lī
 - لِى
 - me
 
- mina
 - مِنَ
 - of
 
- l-ṣāliḥīna
 - ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
 - the righteous"
 
My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous." (QS. [37] As-Saffat: 100)Tafsir
