Surah Ya-Sin - Page: 3

اتَّبِعُوْا مَنْ لَّا يَسْـَٔلُكُمْ اَجْرًا وَّهُمْ مُّهْتَدُوْنَ ۔ ٢١

Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided. (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 21)

وَمَا لِيَ لَآ اَعْبُدُ الَّذِيْ فَطَرَنِيْ وَاِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ ٢٢

And why should I not worship He who created me and to whom you will be returned? (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 22)

ءَاَتَّخِذُ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖٓ اٰلِهَةً اِنْ يُّرِدْنِ الرَّحْمٰنُ بِضُرٍّ لَّا تُغْنِ عَنِّيْ شَفَاعَتُهُمْ شَيْـًٔا وَّلَا يُنْقِذُوْنِۚ ٢٣

Should I take other than Him [false] deities [while], if the Most Merciful intends for me some adversity, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me? (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 23)

اِنِّيْٓ اِذًا لَّفِيْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيْنٍ ٢٤

Indeed, I would then be in manifest error. (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 24)

اِنِّيْٓ اٰمَنْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَاسْمَعُوْنِۗ ٢٥

Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me." (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 25)

قِيْلَ ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ ۗقَالَ يٰلَيْتَ قَوْمِيْ يَعْلَمُوْنَۙ ٢٦

It was said, "Enter Paradise." He said, "I wish my people could know (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 26)

بِمَا غَفَرَ لِيْ رَبِّيْ وَجَعَلَنِيْ مِنَ الْمُكْرَمِيْنَ ٢٧

Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored." (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 27)

۞ وَمَآ اَنْزَلْنَا عَلٰى قَوْمِهٖ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖ مِنْ جُنْدٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاۤءِ وَمَا كُنَّا مُنْزِلِيْنَ ٢٨

And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so. (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 28)

اِنْ كَانَتْ اِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَّاحِدَةً فَاِذَا هُمْ خَامِدُوْنَ ٢٩

It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished. (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 29)

يٰحَسْرَةً عَلَى الْعِبَادِۚ مَا يَأْتِيْهِمْ مِّنْ رَّسُوْلٍ اِلَّا كَانُوْا بِهٖ يَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ ٣٠

How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him. (QS. [36] Ya-Sin: 30)
