تَنْزِيْلُ الْكِتٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيْهِ مِنْ رَّبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَۗ ٢
- tanzīlu
- تَنزِيلُ
- (The) revelation
- l-kitābi
- ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
- (of) the Book
- lā
- لَا
- (there is) no
- rayba
- رَيْبَ
- doubt
- fīhi
- فِيهِ
- about it
- min
- مِن
- from
- rabbi
- رَّبِّ
- (the) Lord
- l-ʿālamīna
- ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
- (of) the worlds
[This is] the revelation of the Book about which there is no doubt from the Lord of the worlds. (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 2)Tafsir
اَمْ يَقُوْلُوْنَ افْتَرٰىهُ ۚ بَلْ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ اَتٰىهُمْ مِّنْ نَّذِيْرٍ مِّنْ قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُوْنَ ٣
- am
- أَمْ
- Or
- yaqūlūna
- يَقُولُونَ
- (do) they say
- if'tarāhu
- ٱفْتَرَىٰهُۚ
- "He invented it?"
- bal
- بَلْ
- Nay
- huwa
- هُوَ
- it
- l-ḥaqu
- ٱلْحَقُّ
- (is) the truth
- min
- مِن
- from
- rabbika
- رَّبِّكَ
- your Lord
- litundhira
- لِتُنذِرَ
- that you may warn
- qawman
- قَوْمًا
- a people
- mā
- مَّآ
- not
- atāhum
- أَتَىٰهُم
- has come to them
- min
- مِّن
- any
- nadhīrin
- نَّذِيرٍ
- warner
- min
- مِّن
- before you
- qablika
- قَبْلِكَ
- before you
- laʿallahum
- لَعَلَّهُمْ
- so that they may
- yahtadūna
- يَهْتَدُونَ
- be guided
Or do they say, "He invented it"? Rather, it is the truth from your Lord, [O Muhammad], that you may warn a people to whom no warner has come before you [so] perhaps they will be guided. (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 3)Tafsir
اَللّٰهُ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِيْ سِتَّةِ اَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰى عَلَى الْعَرْشِۗ مَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِهٖ مِنْ وَّلِيٍّ وَّلَا شَفِيْعٍۗ اَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُوْنَ ٤
- al-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- Allah
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِى
- (is) the One Who
- khalaqa
- خَلَقَ
- created
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- the heavens
- wal-arḍa
- وَٱلْأَرْضَ
- and the earth
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and whatever
- baynahumā
- بَيْنَهُمَا
- (is) between them
- fī
- فِى
- in
- sittati
- سِتَّةِ
- six
- ayyāmin
- أَيَّامٍ
- periods
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- is'tawā
- ٱسْتَوَىٰ
- established Himself
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- on
- l-ʿarshi
- ٱلْعَرْشِۖ
- the Throne
- mā
- مَا
- Not
- lakum
- لَكُم
- for you
- min
- مِّن
- besides Him
- dūnihi
- دُونِهِۦ
- besides Him
- min
- مِن
- any
- waliyyin
- وَلِىٍّ
- protector
- walā
- وَلَا
- and not
- shafīʿin
- شَفِيعٍۚ
- any intercessor
- afalā
- أَفَلَا
- Then will not
- tatadhakkarūna
- تَتَذَكَّرُونَ
- you take heed?
It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six days; then He established Himself above the Throne. You have not besides Him any protector or any intercessor; so will you not be reminded? (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 4)Tafsir
يُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ اِلَى الْاَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ اِلَيْهِ فِيْ يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهٗٓ اَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّوْنَ ٥
- yudabbiru
- يُدَبِّرُ
- He regulates
- l-amra
- ٱلْأَمْرَ
- the affair
- mina
- مِنَ
- of
- l-samāi
- ٱلسَّمَآءِ
- the heaven
- ilā
- إِلَى
- to
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- then
- yaʿruju
- يَعْرُجُ
- it will ascend
- ilayhi
- إِلَيْهِ
- to Him
- fī
- فِى
- in
- yawmin
- يَوْمٍ
- a Day
- kāna
- كَانَ
- (the) measure of which is
- miq'dāruhu
- مِقْدَارُهُۥٓ
- (the) measure of which is
- alfa
- أَلْفَ
- a thousand
- sanatin
- سَنَةٍ
- years
- mimmā
- مِّمَّا
- of what
- taʿuddūna
- تَعُدُّونَ
- you count
He arranges [each] matter from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years of those which you count. (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 5)Tafsir
ذٰلِكَ عٰلِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْعَزِيْزُ الرَّحِيْمُۙ ٦
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- That
- ʿālimu
- عَٰلِمُ
- (is the) Knower
- l-ghaybi
- ٱلْغَيْبِ
- (of) the hidden
- wal-shahādati
- وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ
- and the witnessed
- l-ʿazīzu
- ٱلْعَزِيزُ
- the All-Mighty
- l-raḥīmu
- ٱلرَّحِيمُ
- the Most Merciful
That is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 6)Tafsir
الَّذِيْٓ اَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهٗ وَبَدَاَ خَلْقَ الْاِنْسَانِ مِنْ طِيْنٍ ٧
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِىٓ
- The One Who
- aḥsana
- أَحْسَنَ
- made good
- kulla
- كُلَّ
- every
- shayin
- شَىْءٍ
- thing
- khalaqahu
- خَلَقَهُۥۖ
- He created
- wabada-a
- وَبَدَأَ
- and He began
- khalqa
- خَلْقَ
- (the) creation
- l-insāni
- ٱلْإِنسَٰنِ
- (of) man
- min
- مِن
- from
- ṭīnin
- طِينٍ
- clay
Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of man from clay. (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 7)Tafsir
ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهٗ مِنْ سُلٰلَةٍ مِّنْ مَّاۤءٍ مَّهِيْنٍ ۚ ٨
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- jaʿala
- جَعَلَ
- He made
- naslahu
- نَسْلَهُۥ
- his progeny
- min
- مِن
- from
- sulālatin
- سُلَٰلَةٍ
- an extract
- min
- مِّن
- of
- māin
- مَّآءٍ
- water
- mahīnin
- مَّهِينٍ
- despised
Then He made his posterity out of the extract of a liquid disdained. (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 8)Tafsir
ثُمَّ سَوّٰىهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيْهِ مِنْ رُّوْحِهٖ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْاَبْصَارَ وَالْاَفْـِٕدَةَۗ قَلِيْلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُوْنَ ٩
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- Then
- sawwāhu
- سَوَّىٰهُ
- He fashioned him
- wanafakha
- وَنَفَخَ
- and breathed
- fīhi
- فِيهِ
- into him
- min
- مِن
- from
- rūḥihi
- رُّوحِهِۦۖ
- His spirit
- wajaʿala
- وَجَعَلَ
- and made
- lakumu
- لَكُمُ
- for you
- l-samʿa
- ٱلسَّمْعَ
- the hearing
- wal-abṣāra
- وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَ
- and the sight
- wal-afidata
- وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَۚ
- and feelings;
- qalīlan
- قَلِيلًا
- little
- mā
- مَّا
- [what]
- tashkurūna
- تَشْكُرُونَ
- thanks you give
Then He proportioned him and breathed into him from His [created] soul and made for you hearing and vision and hearts [i.e., intellect]; little are you grateful. (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 9)Tafsir
وَقَالُوْٓا ءَاِذَا ضَلَلْنَا فِى الْاَرْضِ ءَاِنَّا لَفِيْ خَلْقٍ جَدِيْدٍ ەۗ بَلْ هُمْ بِلِقَاۤءِ رَبِّهِمْ كٰفِرُوْنَ ١٠
- waqālū
- وَقَالُوٓا۟
- And they say
- a-idhā
- أَءِذَا
- "Is (it) when
- ḍalalnā
- ضَلَلْنَا
- we are lost
- fī
- فِى
- in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth
- a-innā
- أَءِنَّا
- will we
- lafī
- لَفِى
- certainly be in
- khalqin
- خَلْقٍ
- a creation
- jadīdin
- جَدِيدٍۭۚ
- new?"
- bal
- بَلْ
- Nay
- hum
- هُم
- they
- biliqāi
- بِلِقَآءِ
- in (the) meeting
- rabbihim
- رَبِّهِمْ
- (of) their Lord
- kāfirūna
- كَٰفِرُونَ
- (are) disbelievers
And they say, "When we are lost [i.e., disintegrated] within the earth, will we indeed be [recreated] in a new creation?" Rather, they are, in the meeting with their Lord, disbelievers. (QS. [32] As-Sajdah: 10)Tafsir
